Order needed in, in priority order ..

X2 decent wingers
X1 beast in the middle of the pitch, hard tackling leader
X1 dominant leader of a centre half
X1 a number 1 keeper, confident in coming for crosses and commands his area.

For me any from 5-9 I'd happily see the back of

Yep 9+ should have gone, it didn't happen and look what happend!

If 9 of this squad left 2mow and we replaced them with youth players we would be no worse off!

Id agree, 2 CB req, one to be a leader,   2 central midfielders, 1 leader, 1 hard man not affraid to grab a game by the scruff of the neck, confident keeper, fox in the box and some pace/width. Also like to see more chances for youth players.

Af for going, Kasim, Taylor, for starters.

Someone said that were 4 out for definite or something before absolutely nothing happened, though I can't be bothered to check who it was. Anyway, from Curle's interview on Saturday there will almost certainly be an attempt to shift some out.

The only way they go is if someone wants them!! They didn’t in the summer, is it going to be any different in January?
The ‘better’ thing about January is that paying up contracts will be cheaper than it would have been in August.

I will be (pleasantly) surprised if there is a lot of movement in January. The current board don’t seem to be in a position to splash the cash again, especially having been bitten big time last season. If KC’s task was to keep us in this division then I think he’ll do that with some comfort with the tools at his disposal now.

The easy aspect is getting new players in BUT before that how do you make room by getting rid of some of the players with the high contracts they are on?
Also the the others you need to move on are of a poor quality teams will not want!

In my opinion the following need to be moved out and replaced.

Ash Taylor - Just poor
John Joe -  Doesnt seem interested this season
Buchs - Legs seem to have gone not quick enough to get up and down the wings
Facey - Doesn't seem interested when on the pitch
Waters & Hoskins - Neither do enough for me

What we need is a good LB and back up, another Centre Back, Solid Midfield general who can tackle and distribute another winger alongside Powell.

That would be the bare minimum for me.

I see people saying get rid of Buchs but in the last couple of games him and Pierre have been our best defenders by far.

What we 'need ' is exactly what we needed at the end of last season. A new team. We keep using a change of manager as a solution to our problems but it was this group of players that could not or did not put in the effort. The re may be some good players in there but they need to be good players somewhere else

I would go as far to say other than Pierre, Van Veen & Crooks anybody else leaving would be no loss, unfortunately they’re probably the only 3 other teams would take off our hands.

Guess the issue with this is that we've conceded 5 in the last couple of games.

I think we need at least 6 new players in January who are good enough to start.

It would be very interesting to know what sort of players we are scouting/targeting - it pretty much goes without saying that whoever he’s gone to watch must be a first teamer and if they are first teamers even at non league then they’re going to cost a few quid.
