McWilliams.

Thought Pierre had a good game too, Bowditch and KvV in the first half also.

Kevin van Veen. Chased, harried and linked up well with Bowditch. More isolated in the 2nd half due to the chosen formation.

Good games from Bowditch, Pierre, McWilliams and Taylor who I thought was our best player in the first half.

Bowditch, very good today, quick neat feet, deserved his goal. Anyone know what the injury was? Looked concerning, breathing or heart type issue?

I can’t actually believe I’m saying this but Bowditch MOM. The invisible man came alive .
Creditable performances from McWilliams , KvV , Turnbull and Buchanan but no one outstanding.

Yeah I thought it seemed like that sort of injury, was a bit concerning.

He was fouled about 5-10 minutes before and went down on the edge of our box. I don't think there was any challenge etc that made him go down a second time so maybe as a result of the original incident.

McWilliams...

Bowditch did OK but should have scored earlier. Let's not get too carried away by his performance and start calling for a contract extension!  Grin
