Lethargic for the most part, first touches were off and nobody really seemed up for it.

Waters and Facey woeful.

Pleasing to see a spirited comeback, and KC speaking a lot of sense on Radio Northampton, I like his saying in particular;

If you can't change players.... change players

I understand his point of view and obviously he wants some of his own players at the club, but you can't expect a team to gel if you constantly chop and change and not even based on form sometimes. That was one of JFH's greatest failings.

Decent point.

Re confirmed my view that we need to do our best to offload facey and Taylor.  Whilst Taylor was right to berate Powell for loosing his man for the 2nd the dons striker turned Taylor way to easily to score.

Surely foley replaces McWilliams for the NYD game.

Thought Pierre, turnbull were v good.  Bridge actually looked like we have a decent winger.   KVV flattering to deceive a bit, whilst I get the substitution, for Hoskins, unless he was injured KVV should have stayed on.

Thought crooks improved throughout the 2nd half but was too deep.  The playing out from the back needs mixing up a bit, to do it every time is a little naive.

Still no criticism of the most technically gifted player northwards of Messi (according to the sheep/majority on this forum).

Somebody accidentally described him in an earlier post. Lethargic for the most part, first touches were off and didn't really seem up for it. Woeful.

Wow.

Morais made a difference, holds the ball up really well and Williams will love him alongside. 69% shots on target for Williams. 41% for VV.

I understand the common negatives that are attributed towards Powell but I'm a big fan of his positives. Causes so many problems when he gets to run with the ball. I really like his hair.

Once again hats off to the DJ at half time when they played this....

Entertaining game. Some incompetence from the officials again but not quite as bad as the last game. Credit to MK for taking every opportunity to fall over screaming as they went. Our midfield was lightweight today, McWilliams was poor. Crooks, average with Turnbull showing him how its done. Bridge looked quite lively, Facey poor. We missed a fully fit and firing John Joe today. Last comment goes to the usual detractors for their input earlier on in this thread. What a pair of sad acts you are! I don't suppose we will see your mate Patmore today will we.

Happy new year.

It seems that every post you discharge has a similar "everbrite" type finishing to it. Suspicious.

Your thought is quite amusing really as he used to accuse me of being others but now understands that he was wrong back then.

He is a supporter, I am a supporter.

He is also good at challenging the sad act detractors. Anti fans!

Suspicious was Stevie Wonder by the way  Wink

Just seen the goals on Sky.
Obvious shirt pulling by Taylor.
Poor back up following the penalty save. (Taylor and Waters)
Poor from Taylor allowing their scorer to turn for their second.
Equaliser was an excellent assist by Hoskins...

How can the players improve as a team with the 'Tinkerman' doing his bit every game?

What an awful team NTFC are, not any where near good enough for 75 minutes. Somehow they managed to salvage a draw, credit for that.
Come January hopefully Curle can bring some players in. Can't see how any of today's team can hope to stay long term, all need to go ASAP.

Cornell played well today whereas Shaun McWilliams was truly dreadful game changed when he went off.
Surely Morias has to start.
Very lucky to get a point.
