Not a good idea to blood youngsters when we're out of form. Puts pressure on them, we end up losing - crowd gets hostile, the manager panics, opens the revolving door of journeymen, results still don't improve, manger leaves by mutual consent, new manger promises new broom in summer, rebuilds team with another lot of journeymen - results don't improve - and off we go again..........
In other words we've had too many players and too many managers in the past 2 years. We need stability. But where we get from I don't think anyone knows.
I get your point, especially on the back of the sales of KVV & Crooks...could get a bit toxic out there today if we go behind...
But we've tried established/experienced players continually since CW left and look where we are..plus another 4 managers down the line
At least the youngsters have an affinity with the Town/Club and will actually put in a shift...
