First time this season that we haven't had negative league goal difference.

We're one of only two teams outside the Top 7 who don't have negative goal difference- Oldham are the others.

A really competent performance.

They seemed more together and more of a team.

You couldn't have predicted this, mind you the poison has been extracted.

I did 🤣😂. More because it is typical cobblers than the fact I thought Crooks needed to go

Wow didn’t see that coming
Cornell had a great game as did the whole team apart from Hoskins who was his headless self
The new lad looks like he has real quality in his delivery and a special mention to Jay Williams who I thought was excellent
Bridge deco MOTM great all round display Maria’s has to start in front of Hoskins
Hoskins air shot was one of the funniest things I’ve seen in a while and had the whole west stand laughing at him

I think the ref will need to play a blinder and get motm for us get anything today.
Just like I said, the ref played a blinder.
Bridge wasn't bad either, who'd have known.

Solid performance in the first half, excellent in the second and a thoroughly deserved result. Bridge MOM closely followed by Foley. Pierre and Turnbull excellent as usual. Cox looked promising. Facey and McWilliams both with good performances. Jay Williams was a revelation in the first half, bye-bye Ash Taylor!  Grin Morias is a class above, another superb finish with great all round hold up play. Cornell had a good, confident game.  Grin. Hoskins didn't have much impact, tasked with trying to latch onto long balls played over their back 4, but was unfortunate not to score in the second half due to a good save from the keeper. As others have said his miss-kick in the 2nd half was hilarious.

Overall a strong, assured, team performance with excellent passing, movement, pressing and energy by all.

If the team can produce a run of performances like this they will significantly close the gap on the top 7 let alone pull away from the bottom 2.

Very good performance and we certainly looked hungrier and moved the ball faster. Although I have mixed feelings about Crooks leaving he was generally slow at moving the ball, which doesn't suit the style KC wants to play. Personally I don't think we'll miss him that much. Some very good performances today. Bridage was outstanding and really deserves a run in the team as he's played well as a sub in the last few games too. Good debut from Cox and much improved performances from J Williams, McWilliams and Facey. Foley had another good game too. Agree that the ref gave us a few decisions today, but it's about time!

Safe to say I didn't see this coming and thoroughly enjoyed that second half. Carlisle were as bad as I remembered them being from the away game to be honest. Obviously they're not that bad normally as they're 6th in the league but twice we've met them, they've been s***e!

This was a good all round team performance and a fair result, really didn’t see this one coming and feared a reverse as did all my chums.  We didn’t miss the transferred super stars, Cox looked promising, Bridge hit a purple patch today and needs to be given a good run and left in the team, still not sure if Powell is worth hanging on to, he seems to blow hot and cold but then there’s Hoskins, he just isn’t worth his place and contributes virtually nothing, his constant selection is keeping out someone like Marias who can actually score goals.  Hoskins sum total to the game today was his pantomime shot for the moon, pirouette and ending up in a heap on the floor, he must have rehearsed that, it was so bizarre and side splitting.  All in all an excellent afternoon and reversing the trend of recent weeks.  Looking forward to our trip to Cambridge next Saturday.

A great all round performance, a real team effort today. Would much prefer 11 players , playing as a team , than sulking superstars. Well played lads.

Well I was well and truly wrong about that game .
I thought we would get turned over and it would turn nasty.
How wrong can you be !
Well done to the lads it was a really hard working performance . KC was very animated and he knew the team had to perform today in case the crowd turned.
Bridge was fantastic and so too was MacWilliams for 75 minutes until he faded .
Hoskins ran his socks off and I felt sorry for him in the end when he was subbed.
Also , Cornell deserves praise for excellent handling throughout . There will be no new keeper coming to this club this month .
Thoroughly enjoyed it .

That’s unfair on Hoskins . He caused them trouble but as usual didn’t deliver the final touch

I don't think I've ever seen a fatter centre back pairing than Gerrard and Parkes for them today. The two of them looked like they'd asked everyone they know to get them Greggs vouchers for Christmas and have been making the most of them ever since!
