Massive, massive game for us on Saturday. Don't forget this is a 2pm Kick Off!
More decisions to be made on team selection after the debacle against Cambridge that led to us having two very young players stuck in the middle of the park on their own.
Will Foley/Cox/McWilliams be fit to play a part? It looks like Joe Powell will make his debut but it will be interesting to see how the Mysterious One lines us up against some fellow strugglers.
Surely we have to go for it?

Curle has to win this game , it’s as simple as that . Who knows how many players are fit but I hope KC has got his head screwed on this week because he cost us against Cambridge . I’m not even going to try and predict the team or even the formation .

I think that Foley being fit is crucial but without knowing anything about the nature of his injury or the injuries to any of the others it is impossible to know if it is likely.

This is a sore point with me, I know KC likes to keep the info from the opposition but I want to know as well! At the minute I can see us with Turnbull and Jay Williams in the middle, but would rather Jay be at centre back with Pierre and Odoffin. 4-2-3-1 may work, with Willo up top and Joe Powell/Bridge/Morias behind him. Who knows, it'll be freezing cold so we better have a performance worth cheering on.

I’m struggling to know what odoffin has done wrong to be completely frozen out - he’s a better bet for me than Facey. It looks like it’s going to get milder tomorrow and Saturday so hopefully we won’t need long johns!

I don't expect to see any "opinions" from you about the game then, if you follow your own protocols. Could always watch on IFollow if the game is being shown on there?

In fairness to him , I don’t think Facey was too bad in the centre last week , although he did make an error for the last goal . Odoffin deserves a chance though . Turnbull surely has to play centre of midfield , as he should have done last week . I don’t actually think MacWilliams was fit at the start - it was the worst game I have ever seen him play before he went off.

I never vote in mom or offer direct opinion on the game. However I do look forward to some decent match reports. Not sure about iPlayer. I like Timmo!

Could end up something like this:
Cornell
Facey Odoffin Pierre Buchs
J.Williams Turnbull
Morias Bridge J.Powell
Williams
Could stick with the 5-3-2 but doesn't give us much bite in the middle of the park. I hope Foley is fit....

I like the look of that team (I liked the one with 12 in even more!) but it’s a shame that it is incredibly unlikely to be the one that starts on Saturday. For one thing I can’t see him moving away from the 5-3-2.

Sticking with the 5 at the back theme: Cornell Facey Odoffin J.Williams Turnbull Buchanan Foley Turnbull J Powell Bridge Morais or A.Williams
Hopefully, if any of them are on the edge of the area they take the opportunity to shoot, a couple of times last week the opportunity was wasted with the 'extra' pass that didn't come to anything. If you don't shoot, you can't score.

can we just stop putting square pegs in round holes - i think CW was the only one in recent times who got the basics right and that seemed to work

I don't see anyone out of position in that line up, but I guess I could be wrong
