Havent got a match thread up and running yet so here goes.....
The Stags had their blip and are now back up to second in the table, on the back of a 4-1 win at Exeter and a 1-0 win over Cambridge.
They are the away draw specialists in the division, they have 10, and we are the home draw specialists, also with 10.
They have only failed to score once this calendar year, a 0-0 draw at Crawley. They are looking to reach the third tier of English football for the first time in 16 years, having also suffered relegation to the Conference in that time.
They've sold their entire allocation of 1475 tickets so a lively atmosphere can be expected.
Hard to know what Tinkerman will do against one of his former clubs, he cut his managerial teeth at Filed Mill spending two years there and winning 39 of his 104 games.

You could start by wishing the team and Manager well on Saturday.

Could I? Oh, I didn’t know that was a pre-requisite of a post now.... You could bite your tongue and stop posting your pompous drivel on every single thread on this board.... Suppose we can all suggest anything at the end of the day....

If full squad available tomorrow there is simply no point KC picking any players who won't be around next year. Discuss.

That’s what people have been advocating for the last couple of weeks but there’s no way of knowing KC’s plans until he announces the retained list.

On the other hand seeing who he picks on Saturday will give us some clues as to the retained list.

In his latest interview, KC states he's already made his mind up as to who he wants to retain, so you would hope those players non longer in his plans are not included.
Get some of the youngsters blooded in a proper competitive L2 fixture.

I agree, but perhaps not too many at once. He should also start what he thinks are the key members of next year's squad.

I would like to wish the team and the manager well on Saturday. With nothing to play for I fully endorse trying different formations and players. Good luck to the player making his home debut.

Yes UTC! My eldest son still thinks that win the next five games we maybe in with a shout....tried to reason with him but to no avail. Any clues on the player making his debut. Personally I think it is important to finish the season on a high; I prefer not to see too many changes and if a youngster is chucked in he is surrounded by experienced players.

Like your son's positive attitude. Think KC's teams till the end of the season will be about planning for next season.

In need of motivation to turn up today, cannot be arsed with seeing a bunch of non-committed wasters going through the motions to get battered by a promotion chasing team.
Home debut for a youngster intrigues me, are we going to see Ryan Hughes again? Cox may be fit, so the return of the dreaded 3-5-2?

It doesn’t look like McWilliams will be involved as he’s just gone into the Nuffield gym, whether he’s still injured or just not in the squad is anyone’s guess.
