Mildly entertaining today, the draw was about right. We need to turn more of our corners and free kicks in to goals. Pollock played well and Powell played like a man after another contract.

What did everyone think of the new look corner and free kick routines? I was only listening today and Oglethorpe can make things sound far more exciting than they really are.

I said before the corner for Foley's goal that it awas good to see 6 players OUTSIDE the box ready to attack the ball......GOAL!!!

Better variety today nearer to Knill's range of set pieces.

Scott did well today. Thought he did okay at Cambridge despite being thrown into an impossible situation. He still tried to get forward. Would be great to see some of the other young players before the end of the season.

Good to hear that Pollock had a good game - Hopefully one for the future.

I know it was reported elsewhere that Bridge and Taylor stormed out the stadium before the start of the game today - Anyone confirm or deny this?

So no place for Ash Taylor today in the 18...injured? Sordell not in the 18 either, and indeed it is Scott Pollock who starts.

Cornell
Facey, Goode, Pierre, Buchanan
Hoskins, Turnbull, Foley, D Powell
Pollock, A Williams

Subs: Coddington, Cox, Bowditch, Morais, Elsnik, J Powell, O'Toole
No. Not injured.

Be good to see this with Macclesfield and Yeovil coming up - Roberts, Jay Williams and Cam McWilliams especially

Another Cornell clanger for the goal? - He has to be moved to number 2 next year if we want to move forward - I hope KC can see that.

Rubbish as always. I saw Bridge near the tunnel area at half time, he was speaking to supporters.

Cam McWilliams is on loan at Corby Town until the end of the season and is currently injured.

Jack Bridge stormed no further than the back of the West Stand and was sitting next to Gareth Willsher

Just asking the question, because as I say it was reported elsewhere

Fair enough - but be good to see the other given some game time, given the right situation.

Also be good to see those (especially those on loan) whom have no chance of being here next year being sent back or if our player not featuring again. This of course maybe what he is doing with Bridge and Taylor, but out of all the players we have on our books I would say Bridge has been one of the better performers.

Well in Bridge's case the reporting is incorrect. Rumours always start when players are left out, mostly made up rumours.

They may well have left disappointed when told they weren't playing, as like i said they were in Starbucks , with Austin. They left about 2-40pm and must have returned.

Didn't the team get selected yesterday? Mathias certainly knew Pollock was in the team because he posted it on here.

And if KC decides that Cornell is our number one next year? Will you spend the entire season once again desperately clinging to the chance of a mistake. Your position was that we should have been playing Ward as number one, then it was we have to bring in a new keeper in the window or we would go down..now it's he must be replaced for next season  Roll Eyes Good to see Dave still in the top three players this year as voted by the good people on the HE  Wink
