Opinions - 'player of the season'-fact...........but I still say cash in!
Depends how much cash - surely???

Me personally - stick! Our best player last couple of seasons - hence outside interest!

At least if a few clubs are interested we might get something like what he’s worth (whatever that is) and not just having to accept the only offer we get - having said that we won’t get told how much the fee is in any case. Failing that if we just get derisory offers it would probably be worth just holding on to him for the last year of his contract in the hope that he leads us to promotion. If he does go I’m guessing that we would probably go for Goode who while being a solid enough player is no Pierre.
I agree. Maybe he will stay if we get promoted. If that seems unlikely, there's always the January window.

cash in - too many mistakes over the season

This is division 2 - there will be mistakes .
It will be a loss if he goes but I would say he is replaceable .

It's his goals from set pieces that I worry we won't replace, I would take a couple of mistakes a season in exchange for 8/9 goals.

I'd happily give him any spare wages we had if we can sell one of the three transfer listed players too, if it meant keeping him.

Passed by Sixfields today and a lot of activity on the pitch going on.  Cant imagine it was a 'corporate day', so must assume it was a 'trials day'.  Anyone know if that was so and have any info on who was present?

No, it's not a trials day. It's the Carlsberg UK Cup.
