So , JJOT off to Burton .
Division 1 clubs all over Foley and Pierre .
KC said none of the players could kick a ball which is why we played appalling football , by his own admission.

Yep, all down to KC that relegation season and horrendous start to last seasons campaign  He did the job he was brought in to do and comfortably led us to mid table with the underperforming squad he inherited. Stop wallowing & get behind KC rather than slagging him off at every opportunity... THE SQUAD NEEDED SOMEONE TO COME IN WITH THE BALLS TO CHANGE THE STALE CHANGING ROOM MENTALITY & NOT GIVE UNDERPERFORMING PLAYERS CHANCE AFTER CHANCE..KC DONE THAT KC now deserves the chance to build his own squad and can then be judged. He's made some shrewd signings already & I for one am excited for the season ahead. Who knows what will happen but KC only has one year left on his contract so no doubt will be wanting that elusive promotion on his CV. Just enjoy the ride and see what happens... |

pierre is a stopper, a clumsy one at that, he isnt a footballer - but could do a job in league one. foley is old, and a terrible footballer - runs around a bit, wins the ball, gives it away - cheap squad player for league 1 or 2 - whoever it is wont be going far with him in the team. KC was also brought in to ship out the players with a losing mentality and terrible attitude - the best way to do it is to release them or wind them up enough to force them out - it seems he is doing both. it could be worse, we could have DA kissing their arses and building them up to be like brazil in the 1970 world cup, only to see them crumble at every available opportunity. |

I see that Regan Poole is likely to be released by Man Utd anybody want to see him return?.
Clearly has had a decent season loan at Newport County and I suppose our chances would depend on the result of the play off final.

I rated Regan Poole, it was mystifying why he didn’t get more of a look in here as he looked more than useful in defensive midfield as well as central defence. I would imagine there’ll be no shortage of takers and as you say if Newport go up they’ll be in pole position.
