Welcome to our second signing this summer.
Joe Martin signs a 2 year contract with effect from 1st July, joining on a free transfer after his release from Stevenage. He's 30 years old and can play left back, left wing back or left midfield.
Good luck at NTFC Joe.

Looks a good signing, Gas wanted to keep him, Stevenage fans think he is lazy but a good player.

His dad was a hero of mine when I was a teenager. If he's half as good as him, he'll be a asset.

Son of Alvin (West Ham CB) and brother of David (MK Dons and now Millwall keeper). Good pedigree.

Forums are always a good guide to how good or bad a player is, right? In his interview he said he's also played left sided centre half and that he nearly came in January but suffered an injury before the move could be completed.

There’s no doubt he’s got a bit of pedigree and his YouTube highlight reel looks good (to be fair you could do this for any player) but his injury record looks a bit worrying and they’re not exactly complimentary at BR. It’s a bit odd how he went on loan from a league 2 club to a league 1 club - you don’t often see players go to a higher league, and his lack of games last season are a bit of a concern. On the positive side he is versatile and can play a number of positions but he’ll need to stay fit.

Joe Bunney did it so hopefully he's as good as him...
