This is a pointless thread. They are different types of player mostly playing in different positions on the pitch. I like Junior but he doesn't have the work rate or the pace of Hoskins. Likewise, Hoskins doesn't have the goal scoring ability of Morias. Like I said pointless thread.

I don’t agree mate, you’ll have to explain where Hoskins best position is, for me it would be on the bench or if he did have to play it’s up front, same as Morias???

It’s an unknown quantity because Morias hasn’t had a proper run in the side - he’s either permanently injured , suspended or fallen out with the gaffer . He certainly isn’t the player some big him up to be - he has had some poor games for us . Cambridge away being one I can remember .
"He hasn’t played consistently enough over 90 minutes though to form any type of judgement" Hmmm!

Didn’t he score away at Cambridge? Absolutely buried it from what I remember.

His best position is behind the front men (in the hole) where Rob Page played him. Morias does not play in that position. Discussion over.

Errrrr prat ! At what point did I say I hadn’t seen him ? Of course I have seen him on a number of occasions at home and away . He hasn’t played consistently enough over 90 minutes though to form any type of judgement . He can be ok or anonymous . The jury is out but I would prefer to keep him .
You didn’t, but you are in dialog with someone whose intellectual superiority transcends mere mortals and indeed what is actually written ..... back to topic though, I agree - he has conjured up goals from unlikely situation which of course is exciting but we simply haven’t seen him over enough full games to make judgement. I resisted the boo boys on Hoskins on the basis of work ethic and pace but have to admit now my patience with the repeated “no end result” has finally reached a conclusion. For me, (although far from interchangeable positions) keep Morias for the excitement factor and let Sam ply his trade a couple of levels lower (where I think he could be very good)

Who’s “we” are you schizophrenic or do you speak for everyone Manny, forget this survey I’m more interested in asking something else. Given the choice who would you drop first, Hoskins or Cornell? You’re only allowed 1, so no cheating?

Drop Cornell, put Hoskins in goal, sorted.

So would I, I thought you’d say Cornell? Although in fairness it was probably like asking if you’d like a broken arm or a broken leg?

Yes and Morias came on.....but not to replace Hoskins. Why not? Because they are different kinds of players who play in different positions, as others have said. That may also explain why not many have voted.
