Watson - the only player who looked capable of doing anything before he was cynically brought down

Billy Waters - many impressive runs, never stopped trying, jinking and passing effectively. Fisher made many fine saves (a bit reckless several times as well). Martin a vastly better Left Back than Bunney. Thought Smith put in a mighty shift in the 1st half, bringing runners into play and was unlucky with his headed chance when he was craftily pushed in the back.

McWilliams looked accomplished at RB. We missed Goode and Turnbull especially given the pace of their forwards.

Adams didn't have a great game. Watson and Lines looked good going forward.

Billy Waters - never stopped trying,

as the wise chris wilder says - this should be a given, not something we are offering up praise for.

The view from my iPhone suggests Fisher. Didn’t turn into a shrinking violet after the error, I think he’s got spunk!
