We all want to see the team do better and I’m with you on the not settling for survival. However I just don’t see how blaming the manager for everything is logical or sensible. Not saying you personally are only blaming him but the way your posts (and others) are coming across is that you don’t want to put any blame on anyone but the manager. Whatever you think about Curle, it isn’t all his fault. I am not totally convinced by him either but he came in and did far better than Austin did. Whether people want to accept it or not, at this present moment it would be very harsh to sack him. As I’ve said before, I suspect the next 7-8 games will be massive for his Cobblers career.
I agree 100% with this, I wasn’t exactly overwhelmed when KC was appointed and I must admit he hasn’t helped himself with some of the things he has done (and some of the performances have been attritional at best) but I was/am prepared to give him a chance - unfortunately there are a lot of supporters who have made their minds up and he’s never going to win with them. I know it’s been hard going particularly at home recently but we were superb against Plymouth and he doesn’t get any credit for that yet we end up losing against Bradford and he gets a battering.
