Thank you all you keyboard heros for your support for Sands United.
Brilliant to see to see Mr.Curle & his staff there, giving such a buzz.
Those who have met him will know what a great guy he is.

I've got a huge amount of time for Sands United and think they are a fantastic initiative. While Manny can be a bit off in some of his comments, in this instance I think he was just pointing out that coaching an amateur team is about Curle's level. They ARE an amateur team so I don't think there's any offense to be had, unless your name is Keith Curle!

Reads to me like he's referring to Keith taking a training session with the ladies and finding his level, not Sands United.

Who are Sands United?
Sands are a charity- Sudden And Neonatal Death Syndrome. They help people who've lost babies and Sands United formed to give fathers an outlet to meet up and talk about things. And because we blokes are crap when it comes to just talking about anything like that, it was set up as a football club so they could all have a kick about at the same time, pretty much as a medium to engage with other guys in a similar situation.

Football, Prince William and Our Mental Health: Not just because it involved The Cobblers and a couple of Cobblers fans, this is an excellent documentary about Mental Health, not just in football but using football as a means to help men who suffer from mental health issues. Sands United is also featured. If you didn't see it on the first screening on Friday (28th), it is available on BBC iPlayer and I recommend it to you all, irrespective of your background or personal situation.

Naughty. Just outside of East Croydon station, a mural has appeared on the side of a house. Belfast style. Its him. Certain people have very long memories, and are bitter, and should just move on with their lives. Having said that, I burst into laughter when I saw it. Very impressive artwork.

Shocking, there’s some real idiots around. Hope they get the club up and running ASAP. Maybe the Trust could make a small donation?
