Fcuk that I'll take the bye. Be nice to get to the second round of cup, plus a few grand. But we ain't that lucky so let's just play what we get dealt

At the end of the day we have very little to look forward to this season.
I hope we get a fixture and Curle takes it seriously . A cup run would give everyone a lift .
We also seem to play better against footballing sides and so a draw against a decent side might be good for us .

I hope we get a fixture and Curle takes it seriously . A cup run would give everyone a lift .

so a bye to second round would be a cup run in our eyes

Given our somewhat woeful record against non league clubs, it always surprises me how many Cobblers fans hope for an away FA Cup fixture with one of them.
