Now a decent draw please. Either the best team away or the 5hittest team at home

Almost. The only team in the hat that are in a lower league position than us is Carlisle, and they have a replay against Cardiff before they actually get through.

Palace away would have suited me fine. But that option has gone. Thanks Derby...

Credit where credit is due, great performance today, some good football played and clinical finishing with not too much hoof!
Well done to KC and the players, and we’ll done to the fans for creating a great atmosphere on the away end, and in the pub before the game!!

With Willo and Olly off we have no one up top

Woeful from this point.  Warburton really not at the races.  He needs a loan out and game time, if someone else could be brought in.

Great result, super day all round, atmosphere superb, everybody played well. Their No 5 must have been well pleased when Oliver went off , didn’t get anywhere near him all game. Curle got everything spot on today, the subs, tactics and we were top class, I’m buzzing. Please a Sunday draw for me , as at a works conference all day on the Friday and Saturday in Liverpool, if not can see a argument arising with my boss, not very often we get to the 4th round.

My first game back after a little mishap last summer, and what a result!
Can't help draw parallels with Rotherham away the last time we got this far when we drew Man Utd, one of my all time highlights from following the Cobblers, the atmosphere under the tin roof for the replay that night was phenomenal. Not quite up there on that level atmosphere or quality of football wise today but still very good with some decent football played..
Thought the back three all played really well but my Motm goes to Nicky Adams.
Burton have got a fantastic set up as we know and played some good football, at times looking dangerous, had that chance gone in that hit the bar things might have ended differently, but be honest, compared to us they will always be a non league outfit.

I wouldn’t want Liverpool away as with all probability it would a match against the kids.

Carlisle at home please next round. We can win this competition.
Shout out to the blokes behind the goals that started shouting abuse at Curle about 4 minutes before we scored the 4th

You sound a bag of laughs ... since when has it been about winning the cup - it’s about the glory of playing against a top team and maybe getting a result !!

£135,000 prize money for winning today.......That's a quarter of a million so far with the TV revenues.

Only £180,000 for winning in the fourth round...... Grin

We took a gamble on Warburton but unfortunately he’s not up to much, not quick or strong enough for league football I’m afraid.
Still we’ve a quarter of a mill to spunk on a replacement.

Also, fair play to their matchday dj for not going off script at all and still playing 7 Nation Army at the end. Dickhead

I don't know why people keep talking about cup run financial gains benefiting us in any way at all. Bowers and his mate are owed 5 million smackers so anything that comes in is highly unlikely to be ring-fenced for players. It will be swallowed by the black hole.
