Rode our luck at times, but two good finishes and good defending at the death. Good save by Cornell at the death, and great scenes on the terraces at the end.

Next two games are key to our aspirations for an auto spot, six points from Morecambe and Leyton Orient will put real pressure on the top three. Good to see today that both of our scorers were strikers. Rumours about us signing Rose from Mansfield if turned into reality would be the icing on the cake/

Just seen the highlights; brilliant finishes by Hoskins and Williams and another for the assist-king Adams?
Wonder if all the moaners callingfor KC's head after the Crawley loss will be on here tonight?

I thought today was a key game. Not an easy place to go, but a win would have given us back-to-back wins and kept us well in touch with the leading pack with two 'easier' matches to come. The team got the result and now it feels like we can build a bit of momentum. Swindon are showing no signs of slowing down, but if Exeter can have a blip in form things could get very interesting. Rose would be a great addition, if there's any truth in that rumour.

I think he might have gone down in your ratings a bit (and mine) if they had scored in second half injury time after he lost possession in midfield.

Peed off that I missed this one. But it does look like the big followings are really helping. Always love Cheltenham. If we pull off a decent result against Morecambe I can easily see Cheltenham being an away day sell out...

A great win today. Started well both halves and got our just rewards. Two great finishes and a super save from Cornell at the end. Didn't really think we were too troubled second half, contained them very well, some bizarre bookings of Turnbull and Cornell mind. The whole team played well, Lines improved 2nd half, the defence won nearly everything in the air, apart from their goal, Oliver worked tirelessly , my MOM today was Watson, who i thought had a terrific game. Great away support again everybody, well done. It really is a pleasure going away with performances and support like the last 2 games. You do sense the momentum is growing, the scenes at the end showing the togetherness of everyone, brilliant.

Watson was beginning to look like he was going to be a key player before his injury. I hoped he would come back to that form as he gained match fitness and this looks to be the case, as I thought he had looked increasingly sharp in the two prior games as well. Another plus today is that we are continuing to get results without McCormack, so the team are showing they can win without him (though hopefully he's back soon).

Great performance, great result. Watson was outstanding. With McCormack in a side performing like this we will take some stopping.

What did people think of the ground today? One of the strangest venues I’ve been to since the Withdean! Tidy little ground, but all very ‘temporary’ and miles away from anywhere. I don’t see the Salford business model standing the test of time. They had fewer than 1900 home fans there today....and this is whilst they are only charging a tenner. They are a smaller outfit than Macclesfield I’d say. Next year a lot of the revenue will dry up, away teams wont be taking a thousand every game once the novelty has worn off. Yes they have a rich group of backers....but they still have financial fair play to contend with so it’s not like they can throw loads of money at the team.

I appreciate that. But all things considered on league form. If the momentum is continued, it has to be a sell out.

Would that be Mansfield's Danny Rose, by any chance? I've thought he he's been a good player whenever we have played against Mansfield and Bury. Would be a great player if we could get him!
