Just illustrating Adams and Harriman playing as wing-backs.

True. You have to admit, however,he has a point. As bad as the football is your posts are far worse

Firstly, supporters have a choice, that's a fact.
Personally I can't understand not supporting my team because of the football on offer or because I dislike the manager. During my 40 plus years I have seen my fair share of dross like a fair few others on here have, I seem to remember Graham Carr playing direct but effective football and of course we had a certain Richard Hill scoring for fun.
What do we actually expect from our team, free flowing football or winning football? Do we want to go every Saturday and say....excellent game, shame about the result or do we want to see OUR team plying their trade in the highest league possible and WINNING football matches?
If you look at our team on paper we have good attacking promise, when I watch the team I see two excellent wing backs who can take people on and excite supporters....Nicky Adams and Mark Marshall - most supporters in this league would love to have those two players in their team. KC's philosophy is to get it out wide and get balls into the box, I don't see anything wrong with that philosophy. I just think we need to see a little more play through midfield at times with Lines & Watson. For some reason Curle doesn't appear to trust them as much as he does Alan McCormack, I don't know why this is the case. Also, because Vadaine Oliver is very strong in the air we do tend to try and hit him at every opportunity, a bit like when we had Bayo in the team. Nothing wrong with playing to a strength but mix the play up a bit to catch teams out.
In my opinion Curle is doing a decent job and has some very good players for this level. We are sixth with fourteen game to go, lets get behind the lads and see where it takes us. UTC

Should be an interesting game this one. They’re poor at home but as we know with the Cobblers, the form book isn’t of much use! Hoping it doesn’t get called off however I don’t have a good feeling given the forecasts. Hopefully both clubs can provide clear and regular updates throughout the morning and early afternoon.

A cursory glance at the weather forecast from 5am onwards with 9am being ok for ducks.

; I doubt very much that you had any intention of going as you do for any away game, let alone Home Games. Respect! then you hail those that are going. You either support yr team thru' thick and thin or you don't.

Define support!
Is it going to the games? Is it being glued to Soccer Saturday or ear to the radio listening to the games? Is it about reading the report after the game? Watching IFollow?
People don't stop supporting......but people can choose whether whats being offered is worthwhile spending time, effort and money on.
Each to their own and all that.

Not much, but I love watching the Cobblers. I still dream about us playing in the Championship playing stylish football but we have to get out of League 2 first. We currently play archetypal League 2 football.

When KC got the job I imagine the overwhelming priority was to make us hard to beat? It would naturally follow that once this was achieved, the next goal was to make us very capable of beating anyone? Being realistic the manner of victory should be a later consideration? Isn’t it reasonable that a manager would take a few seasons to get a squad in place to fulfil all the requirements? I get this is an entertainment business and it does the club no favours if the supporters are bored sh1tless, but surely a manager has to prioritise? Perhaps if the ball is still getting snow on it at the end of next season then any discontent would be more justified? Anyway all that intricate 5 yard one touch stuff is a bit harder to follow on a computer screen so I’m happy.

Did 1,500 travel to Burton to watch free flowing football? Did 4,500 travel to Derby to watch free flowing football? Did 1,100 travel to Salford to watch free flowing football? No, it was to support NTFC who were over performing after having their budget cut for this season! Obviously we want it refined in future to add more midfield creation but let's try and get out of League 2 first with whatever way gets the job done!
