You are a typical playground bully. You grasp the coat tails of a mouthy chancer and ride the wave. Why do you find it impossible to just give your opinion without sniping at those who do? You really do need to re-evaluate.
Coming from you that’s extraordinary.

Very one dimensional today and the trouble with this type of percentage football is that sometimes the ball doesn't drop for you. Time after time we launched high balls into Vales box and they coped with them better than any other team we've met this season and then their keeper was excellent when we did have shots at goal.                                                                                                                                                On a different day we'd win by four and our crude tactics would be accepted as 'efficient'. By mixing up play more, with just a few more passes we could have drawn Vale out and got Adams and Marshall in behind them, change the angle of attack.
For once we couldn't really point the finger at Mr Breakspear, it was the west stand Lino that cost us. The player that crossed for the goal was yards offside so we were unlucky there. But I can't help thinking that if we had been a little smarter in our play we wouldn't have needed luck.

Well let me see? I gave my opinion on a post by another contributor pointing out some flaws in the argument and from nowhere you launched into a personal attack on me. What was it “footbinder”. Don’t get me wrong I didnt mind and thought it hilarious, but then you apparently get the sh1ts when someone else does it. Hence extraordinary, hope that clears that up

Footbinder? What the hell are you on about? Do you refer to the chinese ladies? I enjoy a firm limb. Everbrite enjoys limp extremities or at least that is what he said when I saw him at the Wrexham game.

On another day with the chances we created we'd have won. Their keeper kept them in it. I did feel we tried the long ball forward too much and their defence was strong and won most of the ariel stuff. When we attacked from the wings we looked dangerous especially from Marshall. Should have done that more.
You can't win 'em all but there is now pressure to bounce back against league leaders Swindon on Tuesday.

Keith blaming his players for not winning the second ball or competing in the right areas .
Wrong Keith .
You didn’t change it tactically or alter the approach .
Take a look at yourself my friend

Admittedly not at our best yesterday but first defeat at home since October. We have been knocked out of the cup following our best finish in 15 years having taken a Championship club to a replay from a game we could easily have won? I understand not everything is perfect but what’s the expectation? If we think there are never going to be poor performances then we will always be disappointed? I just think there seems to be a bit of an overreaction at times?

The KC hate club hasn’t had much to shout about over the last couple of months that’s all it is. Let them have their fun for now and then hopefully the lads will shut them up again on Tuesday.

It’s not the hate club just because you criticise the manager for what was a tactically inept performance primarily by him .

If Port Vale riding their luck for two thirds of the game. And a keeper that seemed to be a magnet to every shot, is a “tactically inept performance”, then let’s hope more see a lot more of this this ineptitude.

The Wolves manager said recently that his side have a way of playing but it doesn't always work. I think the same applies to us, we play in a way that has brought us some success but we won't win every game. No need to change everything we do though.

Search back for a post headed “papering over the cracks” then come back and apologise !!

No. You’ve missed the point. It’s not the criticism for today’s game. It’s the fact that some people on here only make negative comments about the manager but are non-existent when we’re doing well. If that isn’t a hate club then I don’t know what is.

Big overreaction from both sides here!

We've picked up lots of points whilst not playing really well. For example the game away at Macclesfield was one of the worst games i've seen for years....but we won! I wasn't going to come on here and praise anything but the result because there wasn't a lot to praise.
That could go for a number of the victories we've earned...and I say earned, because its been through determination and a fair bit of luck we've had the run we've had.

How many games this season have we played really well? More than the amount of times we've played really badly? Probably not.

So we've lost one game at home to Port Vale, in the great scheme of things its not that big a deal so no reason to go overboard. The bigger issue for me is the style of play and the apparent lack of a plan B........when plan A is working all well and good. But when its not....? That's when we struggle. We got found out yesterday, we could bounce back and beat Swindon on Tuesday and this game will be forgotten.

But don't kid yourself that we are a good team, and despite all the wins, the unbeaten record and everything else, we've performed above average in a poor division. We need something else, we still need that spark, we still need a goalscorer, there are still areas of weakness. Results like this will come along.

In the words of our great leader....we go again!
