Me. Over several years of playing Football Manager I have consistently done well as lower league teams, even getting Havant and Waterloovile from the BSS to the Championship in 6 years.

Unfortunately, I have to finish my GCSEs, so I will not be able to take up the post until the summer!

Nobody from the inside to be promoted up to the position, please... That means Crosby, Parrish, etc. Team needs a fresh approach. A big problem with appointing Sammo was that he was part of the same management team as Gray before him.

quite agree, needs a fresh face in from the outside to sort the rabble out.

new ideas and some more professionalism would be welcomed
