All randomly selected/allocated runners and Hotelenders Riders are shown below with a bit more information to help you.
Even the outsiders have a chance in this race, even though it's a virtual race, so I suggest putting something on your horse.

Best place for up to date odds: https://www.oddschecker.com/grand-national/winner
If you are under 18, I am not encouraging you to bet and/or g.amble, it is against the law for you.  Get someone else to do it for you….

There are eight horses currently without jockeys, add your name to the original thread and I will randomly allocate you to one of those.

The Hotelend previous winners are:
2009 – Deepcut Cobbler
2010 – DustCobb
2011 – Luton Cobbler
2012 - memyhead
2013 – Dan
2014 – New Dawn Fades
2015 – Bingers
2016 – Adam-NTFC
2017 - cobblergaz59
2018 – Monty
2019 – Gen.Disorda
2020 - BackOfTheNet

Good Luck all for the big race...

1 - Tiger Roll, Bingers, 11-10
Would have been bidding for a historic hat-trick at Aintree and even boasts a 2018-win in this virtual National on his impressive CV. Probably needed the run at Cheltenham and will surely be involved.

2 - Bristol De Mai, Deepcut Cobbler, 11-8
Front runner who is prone to mistakes over regulation fences but has won his share of Grade 1s. Not obviously well-handicapped but those looking to back a grey horse could do a lot worse.

3 - Aso, Terryfenwickatemyhamster , 11-2
High-class front runner at his best, placed in 2 Ryanairs, but hasn't looked the same force this season. Unproven beyond 3m. Trainer sent out the 100/1 National winner Mon Mome in 2009.

4 - Elegant Escape, Riderless, 11-2
Won the 2018 Welsh National and a couple of good efforts this season, including a sixth to Potters Corner back at Chepstow. Struggled in the Cheltenham Gold Cup last month but could revive.

5 - Anibale Fly, St Edmundsbury Cobbler, 11-2
Fourth and fifth in the last 2 Nationals, keeping on in his own time 12 months ago. Caught the eye back over hurdles last month and is tempting for top owner who cleaned up at the Cheltenham Festival.

6 - Top Ville Ben, Monty, 11-2
Continued his good record at Wetherby with another victory there on Boxing Day. Proved too headstrong at Cheltenham latest start but has long shaped as though he'd relish a marathon handicap.

7 - Beware The Bear, Corno_ntfc, 11-0
Won 25f Cheltenham Festival handicap last season and seen out just twice this term. Has stamina to prove having been pulled up in the Scottish National 2 years ago. Trainer has never won the National.

8 - Peregrine Run, Zen Master, 10-13
Took a crashing fall in last year's Topham over the National fences but completed a 5-timer thereafter. First run since November and he wouldn't be sure to stay the marathon trip.

9 - Jett, tcobb, 10-13
Saw off Alpha des Obeaux when winning at Punchestown in October and fair runs in Grade 1s the last twice. Another not certain to stay this marathon distance.

10 - Alpha Des Obeaux, Riderless, 10-13
Took a crashing fall at The Chair in the 2018 National but fared a lot better over the fences in the Becher in December and shaped well on latest run at Fairyhouse. Wouldn't dismiss.

11 - Total Recall, Teachers Pet, 10-13
Ended long losing run in valuable Gowran handicap chase in January but endured a torrid time of things when fancied for the 2018 National. Other Willie Mullins' runners look stronger.

12 - The Storyteller, Manwork04, 10-12
2018 Cheltenham Festival winner brought back to peak of perfection to almost land a rare double back there last month. Unexposed over marathon trips and wouldn't rule out a bold bid back over fences.

13 - Magic Of Light, Riderless, 10-12
69 years since the last mare won the National but this 9-y-o was a rare one to hit the frame when second to Tiger Roll last year. Has added 2 more wins to her tally this season and can't be ruled out.

14 - Talkischeap, slabtish, 10-11
Not seen out either of his races this season but had looked tailor-made for the National when winning valuable Sandown staying handicap chase last spring.

15 - Yala Enki, dolph, 10-11
Generally sound jumper with buckets of stamina, and, having won at Taunton for new yard in January, he ran well in the Trial at Haydock. Champion Trainer tasted National glory in 2012. Could go well.

16 - Ballyoptic, Tabasco Kid, 10-11
Landed third victory of the season in listed handicap chase at Ascot in February under a positive ride. Looks well weighted on that but took crashing falls over the National fences twice last term.

17 - Burrows Saint, CJ, 10-10
Won the 2019 Irish National and last seen scoring over hurdles at Punchestown at the turn of the year. Mighty run could be on the cards though a 7-y-o hasn't won Aintree's big one since 1940.

18 - Definitly Red, Shoemaker, 10-10
Back to his best this season, winning at Kelso in February when fitted with headgear for the first time. Saddle slipped and pulled up early when fancied for 2017 National and big run expected now.

19 - Sub Lieutenant, Lappo, 10-9
Ran a cracker in last year's Topham over the National fences and seen just twice since, all roads seemingly leading to a crack at the big one this time around with the stamina test likely to suit.

20 - Ok Corral, Fizzy, 10-9
Was having only his sixth start over fences when resuming winning ways in 3m listed Doncaster handicap in January and that lack of experience wouldn't be a positive for a typical National winner.

21 - Tout Est Permis, 1971cobbler, 10-9
Done really well in big-field handicap hurdles this season but didn't see out the trip in last year's Irish Grand National. Young age also against this grey horse.

22 - Vintage Clouds, barton cobbler, 10-8
Early faller in last year's National and seemingly hated it when returning to Aintree and the fences in December. Won at Haydock in January but held off this mark at Cheltenham last month.

23 - Crievehill, Riderless, 10-8
Has improved again this term, winning at Wetherby and Haydock. Took to the fences okay last season but looks weighted to the hilt tackling this trip for first time.

24 - Lake View Lad, Realale , 10-8
Scotland's grey challenger who didn't get chance to show all he's capable of in last year's National when well backed and has shaped up well on his last 2 starts this season. One to keep onside.

25 - Jury Duty, Another Pedj, 10-8
His first mistake proved to be his last when fancied for last year's National and he hasn't looked the same force this season.

26 - Pleasant Company, Horsham Cobbler, 10-7
Has come alive in the last 2 Nationals, beaten a head by Tiger Roll in 2018 and still there with a chance when unseating 4 out last year. The oldest runner in the field at 12.

27 - Acapella Bourgeois, Fred_NTFC, 10-6
Third in last year's Irish National and back to winning ways in the Bobbyjo Chase (usually a good trial for Aintree) last time. Could be the pick of the Willie Mullins quartet.

28 - Shattered Love, Riderless, 10-6
Won at Clonmel in November but she's unpredictable and doesn't shape as if she'll stay this far.

29 - Any Second Now, everbrite, 10-6
Looked all stamina when winning the Kim Muir at the 2019 Cheltenham Festival and successful at Naas on latest start. Trainer won the National in 2000 and another with a decent chance for top owner.

30 - Potters Corner, BackOfTheNet, 10-6
Flying the flag for Wales and became the first home-trained winner of the Welsh National at Chepstow for 54 years over Christmas. Stamina very much his forte and could well be there when it matters.

31 - Dounikos, coboz, 10-5
Won competitive Punchestown handicap chase in February 2019 but pulled up on 3 of his 4 starts since, including in both the English and Irish Nationals last spring.

32 - Kildisart, Riderless, 10-5
Back on track in first-time cheekpieces when just failing in hot Cheltenham Festival handicap last month and won on the National card 12 months ago. Stamina to prove.

33 - Death Duty, Riderless, 10-5
Disappointing this year having missed 2 seasons, not looking half the chaser he was as a novice in 2017. Won't be winning.

34 - Ramses De Teillee, southofthecounty, 10-5
Excuses when pulled up in last season's National and this grey has had a fine campaign over hurdles with the mud flying, winning 3 times. Yard won the 2008 National with Comply Or Die.

35 - Valtor, The 12th Marquis of Sixfields, 10-4
Classy chaser who won over hurdles on his return and ran well over fences at Ascot on latest start. Let down by jumping when well beaten in last year's National. 1 of 3 runners for Nicky Henderson.

36 - Saint Xavier, WadeyCobbler, 10-4
Boasts some good French form in his younger days and scored over hurdles at Kempton for owner/rider in January. Doesn't strike as a likely National winner this year, though.

37 - Warriors Tale, NTFC87, 10-4
Won the Grand Sefton over the National fences last season but hasn't lasted out in the big one the last 2 years.

38 - Double Shuffle, Dan, 10-4
Hasn't fired this season and it's possible his best days are behind him having not won for over 3 years. Doubtful stayer to boot.

39 - Kimberlite Candy, Riderless, 10-4
Progressive 8-y-o who has thrived for the fitting of cheekpieces this season, taking to the National fences well in the Becher before winning very good Classic Chase at Warwick. Ticks all the boxes.

40 - Walk In The Mill, GrangeParkCobbler, 10-4
Bold jumping front-runner who has excelled over the National fences, again winning the Becher in December from Kimberlite Candy having been fourth in the big one last year. Set for another big run.

It's on TV!
How virtual will this really be.... are we expecting any horses to have to be put down or major injuries to the jockeys. Does the algorithm allow for this?

On the one hand, yay, go me! On the other, bugger it! This is the first time in years I haven't stuck a tenner on my Hotelend horse! I've spent the day decorating my bathroom and hadn't seen what horse I'd got!  Embarrassed

Shocked Could've been a decent payout as well, enough for your new season ticket?

I know!  Still, never mind, I'll just have to make do with the kudos.
