Anybody got any news about when the new kit is being released? No open day this year.
'Middle of the month' was the last I heard so should be soon, or at least a teaser

Middlesboro have had Hummel for the last couple of seasons, a relatively plain one for the first season but horizontal upper chest stripes for this...either don't look too bad if we are getting something similar in CLARET?

Club mentioned we might see pre-order for the shirt go live mid this week
It's.. (checks watch) .. mid this week!

Anyone heard any murmurings when it might be?

The club have just announced that the away kit reveal is on Sunday and the home kit the following week. Depending on what they look like, I might actually update my 3 year old shirt this season!

I rather like the away shirt - it's a bit different.

After 30 years you feel this is a reason to finally post a comment? I would suggest you stay in your room and watch maybe some 1980 season reruns on YouTube just for a change. The shirts were amazing in the 80's.

Love it in the pictures, with claret shorts hopefully.
Quality has been mentioned as a concern, we'll see when we can test it. Will it be less than previous prices?
I wouldn't be unhappy with a reverse claret home shirt either.

My son has shown me the Instagram posts of the kit and I’m warming to it, will take the advice of senior posters and look at the older shirts I have displayed on my walls and think again!

BTW love being welcomed on to the thread with a rebuke just for posting a comment. Perhaps I am too thin skinned for this lark!

Don't take any comments to heart, some have a strange sense of humour on here, others just permanently miserable, but in the main most are friendly.

Really like the idea of the white shirt with claret pin stripes in principle but the execution is f@@king awful. There’s no need for the pinstripes to fade into nothing and the small stripe from the centre of the neck just looks sh1t.

I like it. White with claret trim and now the throwback pinstripes. I wonder if the home kit will be the reverse of that? We will probably need a 3rd kit though as would this and a mainly claret shirt clash with teams in red / red & white stripes?
