tough one - McCormack for 70 minutes was a class above in every department.

BUT, goals win games, and without his 2 tap ins we would have been out - MORTON

Although the goals were vital the one bit I will remember is in injury time when their player was in a dangerous position to put in a cross and Morton came from nowhere to get in front of him and win a free kick. For me it epitomises his amazing work rate, he didn’t give their defenders a second and was even winning the odd header against much bigger players.

Morton, his commitment to the cause was something certain ex players could learn from.

Morton - and I don't think his second goal was in any way a tap in.

We all dream of a team of Olivers...

So, and it was very tight call...Oliver.

Only John Gayle competes with him as my favourite Cobblers target man. Ultra effort, passion, ticks all the boxes needed to add a positive influence in the dressing room. My kind of Cobbler.  He's gonna get the winner, Monday!
