Perhaps not then. Unless he picks up a knock.

Harry Beautiman has been on a training course with Bigger Boy Binger's girlfriend and gave her a lift to the station in his jag, much to the concern of Mrs Bingers. I had to reassure her that it was highly unlikely that he would score based on previous performances.

Greg Lincoln’s England u17’s lose to Italy on penalties in a match they dominated. It does my head in how abysmal the nation are in shoot outs, I honestly believe we could up there in terms of trophies with the other successful nations if it wasn’t for this Achilles heel.

Ben Tozer has been released by Wrexham. He's had a long and probably relatively lucrative career in the lower leagues.

Signs for FGR.

Timi Max Elsnick, who apparently joined us on loan from Derby in Jan 2019 (9 games, with 1 goal scored on his debut), is in the Slovenia squad for Euro 2024.

Not much happening on the jokes page. I think too many people are concerned about offending others. Bloody snowflakes. Perhaps Bernard Manny could help us out.

His level today being playing in European competition against Copenhagen, albeit the UEFA Conference qualifiers. He probably wouldn't have had that opportunity at Bradford.

Back with one of my occasional updates to this thread..... looking at Cobblers who left us recently, of course Sherring has been mentioned scoring an own goal in MK Dons defeat to Bradford.
Some of the others though.....
McWilliams was not in the 18 for Rotherham as they lost at Exeter. The Millers though did have two former Cobblers in Hakeem Odoffin and Joe Powell who both played a part in the game. A winning start for Stevenage for whom Tyreece Simpson started and was subbed off for Louis Appere on 75 minutes. Shrewsbury had Aaron Pierre and Jon Marquis both starting in the same game.

Ryan Haynes started, was booked and was subbed off for Cheltenham as they beat Newport 3-2. Manny Monthe played the full 90 for Oldham in their 3-0 win over Braintree. Joe Nutall started for Altrincham in their 1-0 win over Woking for whom Max Dyche played the full game picking up a booking in the process. Peter Abimbola has played the full 90 in both of St Ives Town's games this season. Jonny Maxted and Morgan Roberts both started whilst Scott Pollock came off the bench for Brackley in their opening day defeat to The Iron, and the evergreen Ian Henderson who's age is now approaching his shirt number (40) came off the bench in the 89th minute for Rochdale at Boston and still found time to score a goal!

Not forgetting Marc Leonard who played 83 minutes of Birminghams opening draw with Reading. The Blues were behind when he was taken off equalising three minutes from time through Alfie May. Keshi Anderson also made an appearance from the bench for Brum.

Ricky ( would have him back in a heartbeat) Holmes scored twice for Farnborough in their 1-2 victory away to Chippenham Town.

Charlie Goode equalises for Stevenage at Norwich. He's scored more than our whole team put together. Grin
