Pleased enough with that really. Never gonna score many in pre-season until we actually get a few forwards, and defensively solid. Think Bolger, Mills and Missilou look good signings. Hoskins continuing his form from the end of the season. Smith struggling to do the Oliver role, Racic looks a bit rusty in the tackle and could have given away a few fouls, not 100% convinced on Korboa as he sometime he's just a little slower to react when it comes to the tackle or taking on the man, but he hasn't looked massively out of his depth.

Smith just isn't any good, desperate for strikers now. Defensively sound but lack any threat.

To be fair to Smith he's had no service and very little support.

Agreed we look even more hoofball than last year, if that’s possible.

Agree, defence looks solid and Missalou looks good for defensive midfield, but nothing up front. Smith just doesn’t cut it, not mobile enough and not good enough in the air either.

Would like to see Marshall on soon: along with Adams probably our most creative midfield/wing-back option. Smith is at his best when he gets crosses into the box.

Very impressed by Mills so far.

Yes. Marshall seems to have been forgotten as a striker option!

Marshall and Adams are our two best attacking players.

Not good news if that is anything more than a tight hammy for Hoskins.

We look good defensively, Mills looks quality.

Absolutely nothing going forward. And then Arnold does that.....

We're miles away from being ready......putting Morgan Roberts on as a "makeshift number 10" shows you where this squad is at a week before the start of the new season.

Second string defence about as useful as the first string attack.

Not too worried about the goals conceded  - 2 goal keeping rickets and a set piece against a much weakened defence, however I think we could play until midnight without scoring. We all know we need extra firepower, but this game really highlights that.
