THIS EMAIL DOES NOT CHANGE THE PASSCODE ISSUED TO YOU EARLIER THIS WEEK.

PLEASE REDEEM THAT PASSCODE TO WATCH THE CHARLTON ATHLETIC GAME ON SATURDAY. THIS EMAIL RELATES TO CHANGES BEYOND SATURDAY

Thank you for your support.

We are emailing to let you know that the EFL are introducing a change to the way season ticket holders watch home league matches via the iFollow streaming service.

Currently, unique passcodes are provided to season ticket holders prior to each home league game. These codes are then redeemed via iFollow by the season ticket holder to gain access to a video match pass.

The EFL have been working on a solution to attempt make the process easier for season ticket holders to have access to the live stream through iFollow and from the MK Dons game on Tuesday November 3rd onwards, all season ticket holders' iFollow accounts will be automatically granted access to the live video stream for home league games. There will be no need to input passcodes, season ticket holders will just need to log into their iFollow account.

In order to support this process, the club will be providing the EFL with season ticket holders' email addresses (data is being passed securely and purely for the purpose of providing access to iFollow).

The email address we have on record for you is the email address this email has been sent to.

If you use a different email address to log in to iFollow, it is  essential you either set up an iFollow account using the email address we have been sending your codes to, or you email ifollow@ntfc.co.uk to let us know the address you use to log in to iFollow. Please do this as soon as possible.

If you already have an iFollow account registered using the same email that we send your passcode to, you do not need to do anything else - just log into the iFollow account on matchday (from Tuesday November 3rd).

Each email address will only allow you to log on to one device at a time. However, if you have more than one season ticket attached to the same email address, you will be able to log on to the same number of devices as season tickets, ie if you have two season tickets attached to the same email address, the iFollow account attached to that email address will be upgraded to allow for two concurrent log ins.

If you have any questions or queries about the above, please email ifollow@ntfc.co.uk

Thank you for your continued support.

Don't worry Ifollow will still be trying all they can to stop people watching the content they have paid for on large screens, i am sure. I think this is biggest cause of technical problems, rather than the codes.

Just draw a picture of an empty pint glass on the bottom corner of your screen... Cool

Not great with tech but never had a problem with ifollow. I use my laptop and connect to TV with HDMI cable. Only purchased once before but used the free passes this season without any hitches. I've found it a decent service, I like the radio n'pton commentary. Just a shame it's a little behind live and I get goal notifications a few seconds before seeing it. I've resorted to silencing and hiding my phone during games now as sometimes my friends/family text about the goals before I've seen them too!

Same here. f***ing livid, the one game I'd have loved to have watched more than any other this season, given how it's going, paid my tenner and watched precisely none of it so far, only audio working for me.

There is a 30 sec delay from actual events on yr screen! Very noticeable when extra time came up!

A technologically minded friend here provided me with a T9 Android 9.0 box before the season started, it simply connects directly to an ethernet cable and then a HDMI cable to the TV.

On this box there is an app installed with everything, all uk channels, all Sky channels sport movies etc, all BT sport and most importantly every ifollow game, just click on the desired game and you have full HD quality on a big TV. Apart from the odd short buffer mostly during bad weather here its almost perfect every time, I've not experienced any of the problems mentioned here.

I'm advised it would work in the UK too. For a one off payment of around £80 it includes the box and the full package, it works out far cheaper than even the most basic Sky deal.

I don't remember having many problems with iFollow last season, but it has been one thing after another this season. Today the pause button spent most of the game in the centre of the screen. The game would either freeze or disappear. I missed the first goal. I filled in the problem report and sent it to iFollow but I got no response.

Having not had previous problems with ifollow, tonight it's dreadful. I've had to give up on it. Constant buffering, no more than about 5 or 10 seconds before it stops again with the circle in the middle of the screen whirring. Logged off and on 3 times but no better.
Very disappointing and ruined the evening for me.
