A sobering thought is this scenario : We all celebrate promotion last season and look forward to Sunderland and Peterborough at home. We dont get in to see a single game this season . Get relegated. Next game we all are allowed into is Morecambe at home .... like a bad dream has taken place

This has more reality to it than most of what’s posted on here.

I don’t know about anyone else , but I have taken up watching local football . It’s unlikely we are going to be given access to football grounds this season and I am afraid watching us play on Ifollow without a crowd is simply not entertainment . However , going down to the local UCL team with your mates and having a pint , a pie and banter is a good afternoon out . Actually quite enjoying the change

I actually played against a Wycombe supporter at Goals the other night. First time I've met one outside of Wycombe. This is what he said to me... “I’m not really bothered about watching us get hammered every week if I’m honest”. Clearly not much of an optimist. I'm totally gutted about our situation, let alone if we'd made the championship.

Ainsworth has been vociferous about keeping them up as well. In Gareth we trust, obviously doesnt work for him?
