Evers, are you really unaware of how often you question people's loyalty/whether they were at games/their right to an opinion? Maybe have a read back through your posts and see how many of them are abrasive or confrontational. You may be surprised.

Just looking at the raw stats he made only 7 league starts and came off the bench a further 13 times.....so its fair to say that he wasn't a regular for us in League 2. In the 2-2 draw at Newport he was replaced by Alfie Potter (FFS!) and from then on had lost his starting place in the side.....he only scored one goal in his last 11 appearances, and that was the winner against Northwich in the FA Cup.

Would it be fair to say he started off like a house on fire but soon faded......?

Most young loanees appear to have chequered loan careers with us. Can remember Jones, Pearce and Walker bucking the trend. With Calvin-Lewis in that Cup Game he turned the game - yes? Then scored the winner. Hero for me! He then went to Everton for big money! This is merely my opinion and is not a riposte  Cool

Can I just ask , why do you .................
FYI I have been a regular supporter or season ticket holder for over 45 years both home and away . The only time I didn’t go regularly was when I played myself on Saturdays for many years .
Please stop questioning people’s loyalty

More or less agree with your comment or perception. So point taken; I missed no end of games when playing Hockey in  the 60-90’s. Also not always a ST holder!

You probably won't find a lot, most of them end up in the recycle bin... Wink
