Those who watched it need to get their POTS votes in, don't let Evers monopolise it... Grin

Too late but voted primarily for Chuck. Shame on those who have not voted yet Cool

Mr.Curle will make this team succeed.

When players make mistakes, they need to watch from the seats to see how.

When I looked the rules were pretty vague, theres a big document on the FA website  https://www.thefa.com/football-rules-governance/discipline/player-essentials

Page 9 seems to state that a suspension earned will take place immediately in every competition EXCEPT the EFL Trophy, which seems to "contain" discipline to that competition only.

ie a sending off in the EFL Trophy would lead to a ban in the next EFL Trophy game only, whereas a sending off in the League, EFL Cup, or FA Cup would lead to a ban in the next game whatever the competition EXCEPTING the EFL Trophy.

Without reading it all, do bookings in the EFL Trophy count towards the "10 bookings - 1 match ban" ?

No, all bookings are contained within their own competitions...2 bookings in the EFL Trophy means a 1 game ban, 4 bookings mean a 2 game ban, with the bookings reset after the quarter final.

For clarity it’s a 1 game ban for 2 bookings in the EFL cup too, with 4 bookings meaning another one game ban. And for the FA Cup it’s a one game ban after 4 bookings for those teams entering in round 1, and a one game ban for two bookings for those entering at round 3 with the numbers again reset AFTER the quarter final.
And the league itself....reaching 5 yellows before the completion of the 19th game is a 1 game ban, reaching ten by completion of the 37th game equals a further two game ban, and reaching 15 before the regular 46 game season is completed equals a three game ban.

Some one at the FA has a tough admin job keeping up with all that. Excel spreadsheet no doubt.

I hope they maintain the excel sheet better than the government did with their files on Covid cases. Grin
