This is a tough one to call. Racic and Sowerby both had a ricket but put in otherwise decent performances, no one had a stinker and no one stood out. Sod it, I'm still going with Sowerby. Yes, he scored a peach of an own goal but if anything was going to open things up for us it would have been his passing.

Hoskins
Very left field I know but my reasoning;
- at least he got himself into positions to score (and I grant you he had two good chances). - he was always industrious and didn't let his head drop. One or two seemed to give up after the first goal went in.
Marshall should start. Bolger was the pick of the central defenders but we look static at the back. Missilou played well but could have closed down their winger better with regard to the second goal. Harriman has become Mr Reliable.
Poor game. Charlton modestly efficient at best.

No outstanding performance from any. Despite his cracking own goal i thought Sowerby was the leading Cobbkers player.

Well done for anticipating that may be controversial? Missilou for me though.

Controversial? I'll add to that by saying that I really disliked Hoskins cowardly tackle which got him booked. There was nothing hard, revengeful or clever about it (if a booking can ever be those things). Agree with you on Missilou, also my motm.
