Would be extremely happy with a nil nil and no sending offs. Bore me senseless on radio Northampton and fail to register a shot as we boot the ball forward with no one up front to hold it up .
Marginally entertaining myself with Tim olgethorpe bingo whilst watching Bake Off .

If it’s anything to do with Tim’s commentary it’s got to be bullsh1t bingo   Grin

I don't think the new I-follow set up helps Tim. When you cant see what he's talking about its fine, but when you can its puzzling.

Actual event : Arnold goal kick runs through to the keeper
Tim : "OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH Smith almost got in behind there"

I know some of his comments are bizarre to say the least, my favourite is when he mixes players up, he definitely can’t distinguish between Chuck and the seal.
It’s actually quite funny and is more interesting than the match sometimes  Grin

For a matter of balance on several occasions other teams supporters have mentioned switching to the Radio Northampton commentary and said how much they were impressed by it and how much better it was than their own local station.
Yes Tim sees things through claret tinted glasses and you would expect that. Also if his pre match predictions proved correct we would comfortably win the league but this can also be said for the Chron's predictions.
The bint on last nights cup draw was pretty useless, on more than one occasion when the number had been pulled she gave out the wrong team. Once she said "will take on ......." when it was the first team of the tie being announced and instead of saying the home team "will play" always had to say "will take on".

I like Tim but he may struggle with some cynical fans - hope you and B & S are not a pair Grin that would be a disaster!

My 'local' away game tonight, shame that I/we can't attend and I won't be holding my breath for getting anything out of this...
How do we get commentary without iFollow?

I've just had to google her, still didn't know who she was aside from her being one of the many women taking over the presentation of men's football?

Yep, I think men should take over every aspect of broadcasting of women's sport including netball. This is not a sexist comment but just a suggestion for equality.

“ coooome on sammy “
“ right folks “
“ we are hoping to speak to Keith Curle before bernies rock n roll heaven “

One day Tim will be gone and then we’ll all miss him faults and all, a bit like the County Ground?

Don't be silly, you know equality only works the one way.  It has a non return valve applied to it... Wink

At what level is the highest ranking female ref DC? If we have ladies running the line at the top level, some miight already be accusing the FA of a glass ceiling.

Rebecca Welch referees in the National League, has been on their list since the 2018/19 season......taken charge of two games so far this.....she is a level 2 referee, there are no level 1 (Football League level) female refs.
