I think the argument is that because they're at school and higher risk of catching it, they shouldn't be let to minmise the amount of people potentially in the stadium asymptomatic and able to spread it, not because they're at higher risk of catching it at the stadium than the school.

Nor should they, that is quite clear.

so you are happy for kids to go to school along with teachers, putting themselves at risk for no real reward
Education no real reward! wow unbelievable!

I've no strong views on whether kids should be allowed in or not as I can see both sides of the argument, but as a parent who has seen one child end up with pretty poor A level grades due to how the grades were decided last year and a second child sitting their GCSEs this year, I'm pretty keen for the school year to keep going as much as possible to ensure we don't get a repeat performance on results day.

My wife is a teacher. Every night since the beginning of this crisis, she has discarded her work clothes just inside the front door, for washing, then showers prior to doing anything else. The possibility of transmission of the virus from (the super spreader) schoolchildren remains significantly high, that we continue to take those precautions in order to protect and minimise our own risk. I have a similar precautionary regime when returning from work.
My Dad, who I haven't seen since February (at Grimsby), has already relinquished his STH offer of attending any of the upcoming games. Putting ourselves at additional risk by attending a football match, at this time, doesn't enter my/our thoughts.

The days of my missus getting her kit off as soon as she enters the front door are long gone!

Our lowest ever league gate is 942. Could we 'beat' that on Saturday with some no shows?

Technically our lowest ever league gate is 0 not 942. So never to be beaten only equaled.

How has he done this please? did he pro-actively inform the club that he wants to be removed from ballots? or was he selected in the first ballot, and then declined? I would actually prefer not to attend as long as i can keep my ifollow access.

He was selected in the first ballot and declined the invitation. He still watches on the iFollow though.
