Arnold, a good stop, good composure and controlled his area well. A mention also for Sammy in the second half - showed his versatility and value to the team.

Bolger for the second game in a row for me.Keep him in the centre of a 4 and he will be our player of the season.Stick him on the right of a 3 and a liability.

Sheehan. Calming influence on the defense plus plenty of last ditch tackles and interceptions.

Bolger also has his best game for the Cobblers so far. Sowerby and McWilliams formed an essential screen in front of the back four.

But last nights performance was attritional football at its best (or worst). They simply have to carry more threat going forward otherwise this season is going to be one long slog to the finishing line.

A choice between Hoskins and Bolger for me  - given it was a defensive performance I will go for BOLGER
