For some completely random reason I looked up Wayne Williams who played for us 89-91 signing from Shrewsbury. Decent full back. Saddened to see he passed away in October aged only 56. Apologies if this was covered previously but don’t recall seeing it.

I think someone should just take this city of Peterborough and just... just flush it down the f***in' toilet

Very sad news. I worked for the same company as Wayne’s wife in the late 80s and got to know him well. He always made sure we got tickets for away games or for the players bar if we were at home. A really great bloke and we spent hours discussing the Cobblers and all things football. RIP Wayne

Horsham, I can confirm that Arlingham is indeed ‘Horsham Mark’s Mate’ and is in Tier 1, whereas you are probably down in Tier 4 and are one of Horsham Mark’s Mates, mates, mates mate.
