It won’t matter who we get, Pep wouldn’t get goals out of these players
No but he would tell them to stop time wasting and kicking the dam thing in the air every 15 seconds. The wind was their best player in the second half and we kept giving the ball to him.

Is Rico fit enough to play off the bench....he can't do any worse or even a Centre Half as the Striker.
These are desperate times.
I'm afraid even tho' Brady has improved things ,the set up at the moment is nailed on relegation fodder....probably rock bottom !
Time for Change NOW !

Really poor second half unfortunately it’s time for an experienced new manager.
This. I like what Brady is trying to do. I enjoyed the first half. I like the interplay. However, you have to say that we still don't really look like scoring. It's harsh, but one goal from open play in four games of Brady's tenure isn't really enough to suggest that 'the tide is turning'. The 4-3-3 worked against MK and was decent in the first half today. However, what worried me was the lack of plan b once it was clear that Rochdale were dominating the second half when playing with the wind. Luke Graham was excellent in the commentary and called it correctly: we should have switched to 4-4-2 with Rose and Edmondson up top. I think he was scared to sacrifice one of the central midfielders but ultimately the lack of intervention cost us the chance to win the game.

The reality seems to be we have a League 2 team playing in League One..

Most bizarre moment was when around the 88th minute when Edmondson called for the ball in the box, Kioso delivered a near perfect ball and he just stopped dead and made no effort to connect with it. That was *the* chance. The game had late 1-0 winner written all over it, but our players didn't read the script apparently.
Failing to score in 7 of our last 8 home games rings serious alarm bells. I hate to go back to the training arrangements again but you have to wonder if training there for a while earlier in the season made playing matchdays there less special somehow? I'm clutching at straws, I know.
Strictly on form, we're starting to look a bit doomed. Picking up 1 point out of a possible 9 from consecutive home games against Wigan, Burton and Rochdale is just not good enough.

Hit the nail on the head there unfortunately. Did himself no favours tonight. I’m now not arse if he says or goes.

The worst showing under JB - just when we needed a step up of performance.
If we don’t win on Saturday then I’m afraid these players will have got the Brady bunch the sack!
Time to send Edmundson home and try something different up top ... Bolger? Watson? Sheehan?

"My three children were born in Northamptonshire so I like to think I'm an adopted Northamptonian and it's the same for Rico and Sammo. It means a lot to us because this is our county.

It was a team promoted through no fault of its own and then purposely unimproved over the summer

2 points from 12 never secures an interim anything other than the door. Who’s next on the merry-go-round?

The Chukwuemeka situation puzzles me.
He seemingly gone from "the next big thing" touted for a move to Aston Villa, Norwich or even abroad to a bit part player who rarely features. He's only made it off the bench twice for the former youth team boss and been entrusted with a whole seven minutes football.
What's gone wrong here? Brady came out and told of an issue with Ashley-Seal, and he's not even making the 18 now. Do we have a situation with Caleb too?

I am not in favour of bringing anyone else in before the summer now. If anything another change so soon would probably just destabilise things and make our chances slightly worse. We didn't get the usual new manager bounce with Brady, unwise to think we would with anyone at this point.

OMG, was that supposed to be league 1 football with league 1 footballers?
KT promised some league one players in Jan, somethings never change, 1. me moaning 2. KT mega overpromising and underdelivering again and again
Can someone, anyone, please explain how the best tactic for creating chances and scoring goals when u have a throw-in half way in their half, is to throw it backwards to the full-back, who passes it back further to the centre-half, who then proceeds to hoof it back up the pitch, to a point further back from where we started with the throw-in?
That team / performance /management has to be the worst we have ever had in league 1 - thanks a lot Kelvin, great football club you have developed. You get handed a SECOND lucky promotion and this time you manage to f... it up even quicker, learning absolutely nothing from before.
While I'm on, why have we not redeveloped the running track area as a training / development area? oh no that would be to progressive for little old Northampton

I’d still stick with JB. Edmunson and Marshall both should have finished their first half chances with just the goalie to beat. You can’t blame the manager for that.
