Accounts are out, a profit for the year of just under £128k, largely thanks to the sale of Charlie Goode which helped bring in near to £1m or player sales profits.

Good performance and dispels the inevitably of running at a loss, with a pandemic to navigate too.
Does anyone reckon we can get a million for BAS to keep it up?  Tongue

I think this highlights a minor point of note. As per our previous discussions, figures either partially or otherwise do not always appear in the financial year you may expect. This is why 3 years of figures are usually used as a thorough evaluation of performance. Taking one years figures in isolation may show a distorted view due to unforeseen and unusual circumstances and/or the timing of payments and income.

Just going on the percentages game, your bound to get one right soon. It probably highlights your need to address that exceptionally pessimistic demeanour that appears to plague you  Grin Grin

I see reading is not your strong point my guess was actually £2.9m out but hey ho I did say it was a guess, and without the Goode bluebird and the government hand out without any associated cost I would of been correct as usual.

If it’s any consolation given Covid and all that, I still thought it was a bit on the high side but a fairly reasonable guess?
