See the latest update from NTFC Supporters Trust Ltd following the Board meeting which took place on 10th June. https://www.ntfctrust.co.uk/news/article/trust-update-june-2021Three non-board members attended the meeting via Zoom, and that facility is available for any Supporters Trust member to partake in. If anyone else is interested in attending then just let me know. Next meeting takes place on Wednesday 14th July 2021

Is condition report likely to be shared with member, or the wider fan base?
Shame to see Kev and Gary go.. Thanks to them for all they have done. Kev has a huge wealth of knowledge.

Shame to see Kev and Gary go.. Thanks to them for all they have done. Kev has a huge wealth of knowledge.
I would hope that a summary of the report is shared at least. It was only received on the afternoon of the board meeting so hadn't been assessed at the time of the meeting. I don't think it would be any great shock to hear though that the only way the land would be good for any serious development would be "to concrete it all over and seal in whats underneath"

I remember some things about one of the surveys done on the land. One of the guys involved was doing some work with us at the same time. I know it was quite a challenge and probably very expensive land to develop.

Only good enough for some small scale warehouses or workshops, certainly nothing like on the scale of the new developments next to junction 15a and 16
