Agree with this. Most new coaches building a side are looking for organisation and solidity first then flair and attack coming later. I think Brady also recognised that it was important to get some results under your belt as well to relieve any early pressure. I totally get what Bungle is saying about the 442 as I'm still struggling to get my head round it from a coaching perspective. However Brady is known as a progressive, modern, attack minded coach so I'm happy to be patient and I'm certain he has good reason for deciding to go down this route. I look forward to hearing his thought process later in the season where he can maybe give way some of his tactical thoughts.
Finally agree with Manwork about the defensive injuries. When Guthrie got injured you do realise how thin the other options are. Let's hope we have some irons in the fire if the young lads aren't ready yet.
