Sutton fan here. Thought a point was about right on Sat. Tight old game, but then it was expected.

As for the the away allocation at GGL, it's sadly got smaller over the season as we've had more and more restrictions placed on that part of the ground. For the early games, we were able to use the small terrace between the stand and blue 'tardis' as an overspill area for away supporters and we were seemingly allowed more in the cover behind the goal early on. Appears that the latter as been dialled back and now as the prep for the new seating in the gap that was to your left is in full swing, we've lost access to that overspill too (seems H&S don't want people walking through a building site, go figure!).

If you get to come to GGL again next season, your view and experience should be better. The whole end will be much deeper and better elevated with room for about 1200 or so. The delays on getting the steel in to do the job and get all this sorted has been a proper pain in the arse for the club and has cost us a few quid in away ticket revenue. Anyway, hope your visit to our little non-league pit wasn't too awful otherwise. Smiley

To be fair a point away from the in form team is probably not a bad result. Even though they were down to 10 men. Sounds like the performance wasn’t great at all. But Sutton are in great form, so a point away, ensuring they don’t pull away from us, isn’t terrible.

Given 2 poor loses against Swindon and Crawley, getting a draw from Forest Green and Sutton is probably half decent just to stabilise things after those loses.

Just need to now make sure we get back to winning ways and don’t allow the others to overtake us.

Definitely need to work out how we can score some goals consistently though.

Thanks Taz.  Hopefully, if we visit you next season it will be because we are both in the Third Division.  Wink Cool

Most Clubs have their Billy Big Boots. Personally I thought Sutton and Manager gave us a little too much respect!

I didn't think the tackle was that bad but from a certain angle it looked like a stamping action over the ball - 4th official and Jake on the commentary saw it from one side - good old ifollow saw it from the other and for me definitely not a red therefore correct to rescind.
