As I explained to Bingers when he pressed me on the matter, I never actually voted. Looks like youre wrong again.
Talking of Bingers, I hope he is okay. Hasn't been on for a fair while and didn't respond to a private message I sent him.

Managers like Bowen and Wilder* are rare to come by! Whether we like it or not Jon Brady is the only recent Manager who can possibly follow in their* footstops!
We should stick with him, as at the moment he is our only hope of survival as a EFL Club!

You seem to have a perverse view of all Brexit supporters it’s quite funny but par for the course, all you leftists love to put a label on things.
But you never would? I know you label me a leftist but I, and many of my left leaning friends, voted for Brexit.

Nice one - good to see despite all our different views and occasional traded insults there is a strange bond - it was the same when Manny went missing for a couple of months

To many the travel and settlement rights afforded by being part of Europe would have been a massively if not the most important reason for wanting to remain. So I get why people might be a bit p1ssed if the guy who pushed through brexit with his garbage propaganda then tries to circumvent vent this for himself by applying for a German passport, something the vast majority of remain supporters are unable to do.
And that was not affected if you meet the requirements. I simply went to my local government office and said I needed a residency permit. They asked if I had a job, paid tax, had an address and valid passport and in two weeks it came.

I can’t speak for all countries but my residency permit makes like easier entering and leaving the country that issued it, certainly compared to a British passport but doesn’t offer any benefit re other EU countries - but to be honest I’m not sure we are talking about British Passport holding immigrants living in other countries - or have I misunderstood your post

Im happy to report that Bingers is fine, he has returned my message, just some old bollox about a new phone and missing password ( I know that he will be reading this), and will be coming out to play in a couple of weeks, after he has finished watching the Oasis reunion clips on Utube.

It applies to all passport holders anywhere. If you meet the requirements there is no problem. EU passport holders in the UK only had to apply for residency when Breit happened to be able to stay and work.

What you do is stand by clueless whilst it shrinks for 6 months or so. Then when it hits rock bottom and stops you can claim your brilliant policies have turned the tide. It’s called King Canute economics. Keep up.

The Office for Budget Responsibility keeps warning of the dire state of the National figures but most of the Labour party still appear to be incapable of addressing reality. We need a government that puts the perilous state of the economy first and makes serious decisions (choices) sooner rather than later. Starmer and Reeves are weak individuals but the former should be backing the latter over the tough decisions. He needs to stop listening to the rabble and the UN and put this country first, not his globalist principles.

Previously the Tories did? They are forecasting a government debt 3 times that of the economy come 2075. That figure hasnt solely been brought about by 12 months of Labour rule has it? Very far from it. A little more hindsight required.
