I thought you didn’t do politics on football threads Evers? - but good shout, I pick my ideal leader on attributes like integrity, honesty, bravery, diplomacy and attention to detail - whereas your criteria is charisma and the ability to make you smile.

I’d be up for a coalition government between the Club and the Trust..
I’d add a few from here and what a cabinet we would have……

Obviously we are looking for ways to generate revenue. So to that end when are the club going to make electronic versions of the program available for purchase. I can get virtually any publication for download these days apart from the one I really want. Even if it’s just for ifollow subscribers, how hard can it be?

Those available are usually free, there’s a few about, an example: https://www.sc***horpe-united.co.uk/matches/digital-match-programmes/ Maybe enough reason not to do it

Didn't we have free electronic versions during the pandemic lockdown?

That's all well and good mate but you wouldn't know who your MP was from one week to the next. Not in govt. In govt. My view. Their view. Statement when it's right for them. No statement when it's not lol

A week on and there's still no comment about the correspondence between John Morgan and Cilldara. He's even had a couple of people ask him directly about it on Facebook and no reply, which is very odd from someone who appears to like having the last word!

We did, now we don’t, I’d pay full price personally.

Anyone else get the feeling that, with all of those 'experts' advising The Trust, that The Trust Board isn't actually running The Trust?

Why not attend the board meetings and find out ? They are held on Zoom so no geographical excuses.

As you know, I attended the AGM, I wasn't invited to the latest/subsequent Board meeting? At the AGM, the majority of the talking and influencing was by non Board members, I came away with that feeling then, nothing since has changed that 'feeling'.

I'm sure the Trust are pleased they aren't paying the legal bills for that length of letter. Some public back and forth from both sides. I wonder if the council will take the opportunity to throw in the (also public) claims of the advisors communication with Cilldara? I don't think anyone comes out of this in a particularly positive light. That said, there are some fair challenges in there. On the remediation there is still the potential of it (or some of it) being used for housing, which would no doubt require increased ground work. I just can't see this being resolved anytime soon.

Any Trust member can ask to attend any board meeting.

Is it beyond belief? Knowing the characters involved and all that has gone before over previous years it's exactly what I have said would happen.

I thought that you were better than that? If the meeting is made public, I might have made the effort. Unfortunately, it still appears that I'm not on the mailing list.
