Point them out… Shame them. The finger is hovering firmly over the ban button.
Well Winslow Lee has just raised his head above the parapet. I was also thinking those who let their own kids play for Børo youth because they are "better". Surely one should stick to their principles.

To be honest I’m not that overly fussed about Peterborough. In terms of distance they are not that close to really be a local derby. As far as a rivalry goes we’ve barely played them in the recent past with their fans singing about their hatred of Cambridge and not us. Maybe to the older generation things are different but to younger fans the whole thing seems a bit contrived to create a rivalry than anything meaningful.
Good point. I'm of an age that remembers the battle of Abingdon Park but my lad doesn't really understand the hatred towards a club that's a long way away, in a different county and no recent history to speak of. It's a shame R&D were so short lived as they were perfect derby rivals. All those clubs close by are preoccupied with other rivals. Milton Keynes and Wycombe, Pish and Cambridge, Oxford and Swindon. I'm too young to remember the rivalry with Coventry but even though they must be one of the flakiest clubs in the pyramid it seems if they will always be above us. So folks, who do you think we should hate til we die?

With all respect to Senegal, it’s all set up for some last 8 heartbreak #standard.
We clearly have bags of talent, although missing a world class keeper IMO. Could be crucial for the inevitable penalty shoot out. Happily have this brought back up if Pickford saves us!
Whatever the opposition we were fab in the second half last night.

You’ve got to feel sorry for the Welsh though. For losing? Or for being Welsh?

Comfortable night. Set up for the usual disappointment on Saturday. One thing that stuck out is how flat our support is compared to many nations. The panning shots of middle aged blokes verses the 4 hour party of the Argies. The lack of booze probably has something to do with it!

And why shouldn't we beat France? As for the support I much prefer ours to the arm waving Argies. Senegal's support was very good though, and they kept going to the bitter end.

No reason we can’t win the tournament but I liken it to the Cobblers reaching the Championship. There are not many people aged over 30 when it last happened who are still alive.

Wasn't it the late Man City and England manager, Joe Mercer who said that the footballing miracle of the 1960's wasn't England winning the World Cup it was Northampton Town reaching Division 1 (Prem).
