We have 10 games to go, 4 at home 6 away. I can't believe how concerned I am and we probably need 3 wins to be safe. Can we get them? It's a tough set of fixtures and GJ needs to work his magic to prevent disaster. So how do we think we will do: Bradford (A) Never easy and after today's shocker I predict a defeat. Torquay (H) They have just hit form and I hope we can get a point. Acc Stan (A) I'll stick my neck out for a first win under GJ with some key players back. Burton (A) A new bogey side. Bury (H) Vying for promotion. Could easily lose. Wycombe (A) Another team vying for promotion. Rotherham (H)Yet another team vying for promotion. Stockport (A) Get ready for a battle on a ploughed field. Stevenage (H). An edgy game but one we must win. Morecambe (A). Could be an absolutely crucial game and one I cannot predict because of the possible magnitude of the game. I am scared.
What I conclude from this is we have some bloody tough fixtures and we will be perilously close to the bottom two.

3 wins in 10 is a pretty soft target.

Yeah, fair enough, but if we then don't manage to scrap to 3 wins with 10 chances then we deserve to go down.

Well, if we can't get three wins in 20 games, then this team will be without a shadow of a doubt the worst Northampton side to ever play together, and they can all f*** off somewhere else before our Blue Square Prem year out. 30% win rate is below average. It's a shambles if they can't manage that in League 2.

Torquay and Acc Stanley play midweek matches prior to the cobblers when the cobblers have all week to prepare. We should have an advantage but can we capitalise?

I personally think we'd be lucky to even get 6 points out of that lot. I rekon 5/6 of those will be loses.

IF we go down, I think we'll be known for ever as the best team to go down.....Harrad, Walker, Tozer, Hall, Osman, Davis.

I agree with the question mark, Tozer isn't interested and Hall really isn't much better. Neither will be here next season. in fact I can imagine quite a few being moved on during the summer.

It's difficult seeing us get a win from anywhere at the moment let alone the fixtures we've got coming up. We need lady luck to shine down on us.

Well I am not bothered who they get rid of as long as the replacements can do the job, I think yesterday proved the current squad is not up to scratch.

All season we have only won 9/36 which equates to just 25%. Our current form is also the worst in the whole division http://stats.football365.com/dom/ENG/D3/oform.html Worrying times.

All our recent defeats have been by a single goal though, which is reassuring I suppose.

Up to a point however these single goal defeats is what got us into this league in the first place.

Hall was no doubt brought into the team to bring some experience to the back line that incuded nana and Reckford. produced one of the worst performances ive seen from a defender in a long time...no example whatsoever

Tozer puts in a worse performance every single week. Within seconds of getting on the pitch yesterday he gave his man a free header. He then went on to give the ball away several times. It's a shame that he can't make up for his lack of a brain with a bit of abilty. I'd pick Hall over him every single week.
