Anyone know if the chap assaulted on one of the buses last night is ok? Seen the video on social media this morning and it’s the worst thing I’ve seen in 35 years following the club. Always been scrapping at football, but attacking an older Cobblers fan on one of our own buses is despicable
Almost as bad are the people liking it and the little bastards in the video egging their mate on
Hope the old boy is ok

I’ve seen the video…and the old boy in question (looks about 40/50) walks the length of the aisle to square up to him. Not blameless at all (disclaimer I don’t know any of the people in the video) |

It looks as if someone had been winding him up in the hope of something happening. I hate the fact that football attracts the kind of people towards the back of the bus. It is the worst of lad culture banter and people need to learn to be understanding of people's situations and be more polite around each other regardless of which team they support. Its embarrassing.

It's absolutely dreadful, attacking anybody let alone a fellow fan with that kind of force is just awful.
I've never understood why people film others getting beaten up and put it on the World's biggest social media site, but I'm sure this lad will be delighted one of his mates has if it helps any potential Police investigation.

I've never understood why people film others getting beaten up and put it on the World's biggest social media site, but I'm sure this lad will be delighted one of his mates has if it helps any potential Police investigation.

I may be getting senile(because according people on here I am ancient), but I feel that over maybe the last ten years or so (anti)social media has done a lot to increase the amount of violence perpetrated as morons like this get egged on by their moron friends with cameras in their hands. |

I certainly don’t see that. I see some quite strenuous debate. But to suggest that it in any way comes close to violence, is a ridiculous suggestion. It is exceptionally rare that contributors overstep the mark to that degree. Anybody that feels that intimidated, or threatened should report it immediately. |

Haven't seen it and nor do I want to.
But anyone attacking anyone, let alone a fellow fan needs to be banned from the club, along with anyone 'encouraging' it. And that applies to both sides of the situation. I hope that between the 50 odd witnesses the truth can be shared and banning orders issued as well as any legal penalities.
