you have trouble buying tickets usually ending with a phone call to the ticket office to sort it out
For a bit of balance, I've never had a problem buying a ticket on line and have never needed to call the ticket office to complete the transaction. I bought a season ticket on line without any issue in the summer and got a ticket for yesterdays game for my nephew. It's not really a difficult process. Also, any online club Shop purchases are straight forward and arrive in expected time.

To let people in
Funny guy. The turnstile is the thing that clicks round when you walk through it at the entrance which records the number of people going through it. I didn't say what's the point of the entrances.

As previously stated, I was sat in a season ticket holders seat on Saturday and the same seat is available to purchase for the next home game. 🤷♂️

No doubt you will query this with the Club, even the TO?

The next home game is a cup game so the seat would be available if the season ticket holder has not paid to have it.

Tom Cliffe has kindly responded to me as follows and is happy for me to quote here; PA system is an odd one. A survey of the system was carried out very recently to get our usual certification and was tested and working last week I’m told. They aren’t sure if it was related to a break in end of last week and some damage in N/E corner. Engineer will be in this week to look at.” “Ticketing - our new ticketing system allows us to scan and recognise season tickets sold on the old ticket system. That made the buying/ issuing far easier with STH’s able to take ST at time of purchase rather than wait to be issued on new system. On the old system it’s a bar code on the new system it’s QR code. While the bar codes on the old system had been tested etc. what happened on the real test of volume on matchday was that the scanning worked but when scanning the old barcodes under matchday conditions it was slow and caused longer queues at turnstiles. Scanning the QR codes for tickets on the new system was fine. Control room dealt with it and got everyone in pre kick off. On the whole with a brand new ticketing system in place it went very well and some teething issues are inevitable. There will be a meeting this week with the company to look at ways of improving this. Also If anyone is concerned about their season ticket seat or had issues on Saturday please do contact the ticket office at tickets@ntfc.co.uk (rather than only post on social media or the message board) so the staff can check individual seats and rectify any issues before the next game Will look into shirts and stock for your May be a day or two before I get back to you in this one due to staff holidays and work commitments but will update when I can Thanks for taking the time to message. I do read the forums and had picked up on several points. Many Thanks Tom If people have comments they can email me on cliffetom@hotmail.com Where an individual has messaged me I will reply to them. I will probably do a video update on this next week which will be shared through club channels as well. Things can take a bit more time at this time if year due to annual leave and work commitments etc Tom Cliffe

It’s quite frankly a disaster, if something happens when buying tickets the online the system just gives you an error message and kicks you out, now the old system used to have a basket where your tickets would be held, on the new system there is no basket so not only have you lost the tickets they are now greyed out and can’t be rebooked ending in yet another call to the ticket office. The match day experience at Sixseats is an utter joke.

Weirdly this is also the anewer I was given, but nothing has answered why the same seats can be sold twice, surely that's a ground safety issue.

I did have a similar problem. I picked the seat I wanted to book then had to reset my password and after logging in couldn't see a basket and the seat was no longer available, presumably because it was held under my first attempt at booking it. In the end I closed my browser, logged back in and a basket appeared with my ticket in it so I was able to complete the transaction. Probably more a case of not enough UX testing than an actual fault in the underlying ticketing system, to be honest.

I had the same problem but assumed that someone had jumped in and secured it whilst I had been logged out. The seat I normally sit in was empty throughout the game.

That’s why we got 3% out of 15% in that stadium survey for condition of stadium, the owners clearly do not care FFS, the club knew there was problems with the ticketing system from the preseason games and did nothing about it. Match day experience is shocking you have trouble buying tickets usually ending with a phone call to the ticket office to sort it out, you get to park in a muddy field in winter if your lucky then wait for ages to get in walk past the broken windows and peeling paint to find someone sitting in you seat. Then spend the match looking at a stand that looks like a half finished warehouse, is it any wonder there was only 5400 there yesterday!
where are these broken windows that you continuously mention? I don't walk past the west stand so I've no idea where you mean

It's done it's job as a brand with a lot of people using the name. A bit like Pritt Stick or Blu Tack. I wonder what our PA brand actually is?
