Just reading the as always excellent Bradford City fanzine, City Gent.
One issue that an article focuses on was , obviously the vast amount of locally based City fans obtaining tickets for the home sections at Harrogate - as did quite a few of us last season.

Whereas there won't be the usual groundhopping brigade to factor in so much, 600 an allocation is still going to be tight!

Last season was a doddle and no problems whatsoever, a pleasant time had by all! Be warned (Evers  Wink) Harrogate Town (certainly for Bradford City) have employed the same procedures as Barrow did - ie, checking recent ticket requests against the away club's data base. The BCAFC fan refused lived just eight miles from Harrogate.

Now, Bradford City visiting Harrogate is a different can of worms to us...but don't be complacent!

Got mine but it’s standing in the Barclays LED Stand side terrace. Tried to get in home end but have lost my membership number. With tkts likely to run out shortly, went with the LED offer!

Welcome to the frozen North. It might be a bit parky, perhaps bring your big coat.

Staying up in Knaresborough again, Friday night, so 1pm k.o. slightly preferable personally and gives those on coaches or driving the chance to get home for the England v France game.

I think that a lot of clubs will do the same, unless you are bitter and Welsh.

In a change from best pubs and convenient parking, can I recommend cheap petrol near the ground. I filled up at the Sainsburys just along the road from the ground this evening and it was £156.9 per litre of unleaded, the cheapest I have paid in ages. If that isn't worth coming up for, I don't know what is.

Ours is only £156.99 at the supermarket pumps down here as well.
I always find that Northampton is normally 3p or 4p dearer?

Driving into Bradford a few weeks ago, thought the Asda station was really pricey at 1.81 or something...realised on the Sunday, that was for Diesel!  Grin
I'll say quietly...Harrogate Tap opens at 10am!

Wellingborough Sainsburys £1.56.99
Sixfields Sainsburys £1.62.99

Why is that? Same firm same petrol, Probably delivered by the same tanker.

Mind on my back from Bradford, unleaded on the M1 £1.89.99 Robbing B@st@rds!

That Asda near the M606 is usually one of the cheapest around.
