Could anyone please enlighten me as to the rules for calling off a game for 'international call-up' reasons. I see the Crewe v Bradford game is off on Saturday for that reason yet we with apparently two 'call-ups' this weekend still have to play the game at Doncaster. What is the criteria for such postponements please?

Another horrible lot, they had that Fortune West thug playing for them a few years back, and one of their fans had the temerity to run onto the pitch at Sixfields back in the last century

Just......... I like to remind them that parts of the Midlands are further north than parts of South Yorkshire

Do you recall that time at Crewe, when one of ours was on the pitch, and a tug of war took place between the stewards and the rest of us trying to drag him back into the stand? What a bell end he was.

Called up for Scotland - so can't see any other situation than he misses Doncaster. The other has passed sadly! AITK, AIK, AEK...CEFN Druids...

Our record at Doncaster is not great with 15 defeats from our 25 visits and 5 draws and 5 wins. We last won there in November 1996 and since we have only been back 5 times losing 4.
Doncaster don't seem to do home draws as they have only 1 from 18 games with 10 wins and 7 defeats scoring 24 and conceding 21. They have failed to score in 6 of the 18 games but have scored 2 or more 8 times, however they have only kept 3 clean sheets 4 times conceded 2 or more. There current form is poor with only 1 win and 5 points from their last 7 games and only 4 teams in the division have conceded more goals. Their fans have become restless and are wanting manager Danny Schofield out. George Miller is their leading scorer with 11 league goals and 15 in all competitions but he was not in the starting 11 on Tuesday night. They are also the only side who can do the double against us.
Adam Herczeg is the referee and we had him for our 0-1 FA Cup defeat at Chesterfield in November. Doncaster have had him twice for away victories at Lincoln 2-1 in the EFL Trophy in September and 1-0 at Newport County in Division 2 in December.
With Bowie almost certainly missing JB does not have much wriggle room when selecting his starting 11 but I would not be surprised to see McGowan restored to the team probably in a centre back role so we can play with wing backs which would leave Hoskins and Appere in attack. We have only lost 3 of our away games and I think that will still be the case come 5pm Saturday.

Remember that night quite well. Snow storm driving up from Leicester, as well as back again. Jumped into some random pub and downed a quick half or pint, into a by then, very ramshackle Belle View ground. Won 2-0. Sure the attendance was a near enough all time low for them - 1034, with around 200 Cobblers in the side paddock.

Didn't we return nil points from the two Salford fixtures this season?

Donny have their top scorer and two of their better midfields ruled out for this one.
Mitchell looks set to return between the sticks.
All the hallmarks of being a cricket score…
