Two games in September, then we wait two months (9 weeks) to complete the group stage? It's little wonder this competition has such a poor standing in most football fans eyes.

Don't forget that we charged £16 for a pre-season friendly against Birmingham a few weeks back..... a tenner to watch us play Chelsea U21's is a comparative bargain!!

I'll be at Sixfields for the Oxford Utd game. Think it's my first ever Mickey Mouse Cup game at Sixfields, though been to a fair few away over the years.
