The London mayor’s latest big idea is he’s going to stop misogyny on the Tube by encouraging men to say the totally not-puerile word “maaate” to their male friends if they say some wrongspeak

I’m sure there are some creeps on the Tube we could all do without. The Daily Mail reports a man grabbing a woman’s hand and forcing her to touch his bits which sounds to me like sexual assault. But in Sadiq’s head we don’t focus on stopping criminality like that, we focus on hurty words.

I’ve heard that rapists and other sex offenders are totally put off by their friends saying ‘maaaate’ .

This is the greatest initiative since the last one on the tube , which was , if you can believe it, to report people staring , which is an assault apparently

This guy has a special place in my w⚓️ bucket, my pîss is well and truly boiling again!

Aren't you a fan of Donald Trump?
Do you mean the true president of the USA?
Who do you think is going to win the presidency in 2024?

A bit disappointed by this week's rant. Good target person to choose, but you could have done better there. A mere 4/10.

Perhaps spend the long weekend building up some proper outrage that really does boil your pîss, perhaps to within an inch of your life.

Exactly, Manny is scared that Sadiq is going to be the next but one Prime Minister, once Keir has done 10 years.

Spot on Manny, he’s a proper ULEZ.
Mind you, anyone having to pay it driving a petrol car must have something 20+ years old.

Not for Diesels though 2015!
He’s done nothing for Londoners in his 2 terms except make the streets unsafe and make everybody poorer, the guy is an utter disaster.

Not true mate. When I was working in L ondon, I would commute in from Coulsdon South railway station every morning. Lots of people would drive there, as it was the closest mainline station. According to their local FB group the nearby car park, now has a camera above it. My mate is fuming because it now costs him an extra £12.50 per day, just to drive to the station. And he has a 2009 transit. And its the final stop in zone 6.
Once again the motorists are being shafted. Congestion charge is one thing, but extending it out to just inside the M25 is another.
"Mick Lynch" was a very dirty couple of words at that station, right now I would imagine that the words "Sadiq Khan" is making people apoplectic.

Euro 4 petrol, euro 6 diesel. Manny is right on the diesel but most old petrol cars are exempt.
It is confusing though. One of my cars is road tax exempt (on emissions) but liable for the ULEZ. The other £180 road tax but ULEZ exempt.

Watcha got?
Tabascos last choice of vehicle, was a 2002 Golf 1.9 TDI, over 200,00k on the clock, but never lets me down and is rapid. And would cost me a lot to drive to my digs down there. I am glad that site is now finished.

2013 1.6d Golf with 160k on it. 80 to the gallon on my daily motorway run (I’m driving Miss Daisy). Tax exempt, ULEZ due. I will run this until it dies, great motor.
2018 Suburu XV. Pay road tax but not ULEZ. A lot thirstier but very reliable.

That’s not the same story is it, that’s basically slagging off the Tory mayoral candidate for demanding the stab fest gets moved to a park.
Can you imagine if that happened at a football game.

Mail - "Calls to move Notting Hill Carnival to a park "
BBC - "Move Notting Hill Carnival to a park - Tory mayoral candidate"

They do seem pretty similar
